General Safety Rules

  • Please read this Guide carefully before you start using this device.
  • Use only the SW111 components and accessories supplied by the manufacturer.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble the SW111, as it does not contain parts that can be repaired by the user. Any tampering will void the warranty.
  • At the end of this device’s product life, dispose of properly according to local laws.
  • Do not submerge the SW111 in any type of liquid.
  • Input power supply: 5V/ 1A

① Scan key Press it to carry out one scanning. If [Auto induction] mode is entered into, the barcode can be scanned automatically by aligning the scanner with the barcode center without holding the key

② Indicator light

  • Green light
    • Quick flickering: Scanning succeeded
    • Slow flickering: Wired mode
  • Blue light
    • Quick flickering: Bluetooth searching
    • Slow flickering: Bluetooth mode entered
    • Normally on: Bluetooth connected
  • Red light: Reading/data transmission failure/timeout

③ Front scanning window

Align the front window with the barcode and press scan key. Do not align it with the eyes.

④ Battery status light

  • White breathing light: Charging in progress
  • White light normally on: Charging completed
  • White light slow flickering: Low battery, charge as soon as possible
  • White light fast flickering: Battery error, please contact the dealer

⑤  Multitask set hole
Insert the clip to set pairing/light off/sleep. See Manual for details.

⑥ Wire connector
Connection position of scanner and magnetic cable

⑦ Magnetic cable
USB Type C cable for communication or charging.

Reading Tips

  1. Press the scan key, align the cross point and outer frame with the barcode and read at any directions.
  2. Keep the scanner closer/farther to the barcode if it is small/big, in order to read the barcode correctly and easily.
  3. If barcode has high reflectivity (such as surface with coating film), tilt the scanner to certain angle in order to scan the barcode correctly.

Quick Setup

Pairing with Original Dongle
Once purchased along with the Equipment, the Dongle in package box is already matched and supports plug and play. For any error of pairing, please contact the customer’s service representative.

Pairing with Dongle/iOS/Android/Windows Platform Device in Market
Refer to the instruments below when connecting the Equipment to the Dongle/mobile phone/tablet PC/computer Bluetooth in market.

  1. Follow the steps of scanning ENTER→ BLE Mode→ END barcode to set the Equipment’s transmission interface as USB HID.

  2. Follow the steps of scanning ENTER→BLE Pairing to enter pairing mode, or insert the clip into reset hole for about 0.5s to enter pairing mode.

  3. Search the Bluetooth device available, select the Equipment C311_BLE and wait for pairing.

  4. Pairing is finished when hearing “beep” sound of the Equipment twice. Open the laptop paired with the device to receive the scanning data.

Warranty and Service Term

Unless otherwise agreed in a contract, all the warranty period of the products lasts for two years since the date of purchase while that of the accessories (such as battery, dongle, etc.) lasts for six months since the date of purchase. For any faults happened to the products under normal use and ascribed to the inherent problems of the products through identification within the warranty period, we will provide free maintenance services. If the products within warranty period are judged damaged by improper artificial use by our maintenance representatives, we will provide maintenance quotation and repair the product after the customer agrees on our quotation. The damage of appearance, enclosure and decorative parts and components are beyond the scope of warranty, for which, we do not provide free maintenance services.
