Product Usage Instructions

Installation

1. Remove the LED Vanity Light fixture from its original package.
2. Separate the anchor plate (3a) from the canopy (2a) by removing the canopy screws (2b).
3. Attach the mounting plate (1c) to the electrical junction box (1a) using the junction box screws (1e) provided in the hardware package.
4. Make proper electrical connections by connecting the black wire to the hot L, the white wire to the neutral N, and the ground wire to GND. Use the wire nuts (1b) provided in the hardware package for this purpose.
5. Attach the anchor plate (3a) to the mounting plate (1c) using the anchor plate screws (3b).
6. Attach the canopy (2a) to the anchor plate (3a) using the canopy screws (2b).

• Have your fixture installed by a qualified licensed electrician
• Prepare everything in a clear area
• Wear gloves at all time during this installation
• Read instructions carefully before you start assembly

Please Note:

• This Kuzco LED fixture comes with pre-wired LED module(s)
• Unless instructed, Do Not touch any part of the LED module(s) as any unnecessary contact with the module could cause permanent damage
• Use ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) type of dimmer for dimming application
• 120V input

Assembly

1. Remove fixture from its original package
2. Separate anchor plate (3a) from canopy (2a) by removing canopy screws (2b)
3. Attach mounting plate (1c) to electrical junction box (1a) using junction box screws provided (1e) in hardware package
4. Make proper electrical connections (black to hot “L”, white to neutral “N”, ground to “GND”) with wire nuts (1b) provided in hardware package
5. Attach anchor plate (3a) to mounting plate (1c) with anchor plate screws (3b)
6. Attach canopy (2a) to anchor plate (3a) with canopy screws (2b)
