JAXY QQ001-4K Automatic Pet Feeder
Product Information
Hardware installation and introduction
To install the Automatic Pet Feeder, follow these steps:
- Rotate the bucket to lock the grain bucket to the feeder’s main body.
- Put the desiccant pack into the drying box on the top cover. Unlock the lock on the cover to install the cover. Then place the feeding tray into the feeder from the bottom.

Notice:
For your pet’s health, please wash the grain bucket and feeding tray
regularly. The feeder body should not be filled with water. Please use a
wring-able wet cloth to wipe.
Manual feeding
In the standby state, quickly press button twice within 1 second to start the
manual feeding number setting. Continuously short press button to increase the
feeding number. Stop pressing button after 2s, and the feeder will start
feeding the specified number of portions. To cancel manual feeding, quickly
press button twice within 1 second.
Time settings
To set the time on the Automatic Pet Feeder, follow these steps:
- Press to confirm the hour. Then the minute start to flash, press / button for minute setting.
- Then press to save and return to settings mode. Press button to exit to standby state. Or go on to set up scheduled feeding settings.
Tips: All operations during the setup process can be returned or canceled via button.
Scheduled feeding
The pet feeder supports scheduled feeding of exact portions at exact times.
The feeder supports up to 6 meals per day.
To set up scheduled feeding, follow these steps:
- Press button for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode. Press button to turn the flashing icon right to Digital 1 icon. Press to select the feeding portions, press / button to set portions. Press to go for feeding time setting. Press to save. Press button to exit to standby state. The auto feeding icon will show at standby state.
- If you need automatic feeding for multiple meals, repeat the above steps and select the corresponding Digital number icon according to the meals in the setting interface.
- To cancel a certain scheduled feeding, set the feeding portions to be 0.
Feeding voice recording
To record a feeding voice message for your pet, please refer to the product’s
advanced instructions or consult the user manual.
Feeder alarm
When the battery is low, the screen will display a low battery sign and the
red indicator light will be turned on. After renewing the battery, the red
indicator and screen icons will disappear in 10 seconds. If the food gets
stuck in the food bucket, the screen will display a warning message. Please
clean up the stuck food manually and complete a feeding to clear the warning
message.
Reset to factory default
If you want to delete all previous settings, you can reset the feeder to
factory default. In the standby state, press and hold button and button at the
same time for 3 seconds.
Hardware installation and introduction
Insert the type-C USB power cord into the connector on the bottom of the
feeder. Open the battery compartment, insert 4 pieces of AA batteries, so that
the feeder can still work automatically even without external power supply.
The back-up battery is designed for short-term alternative when the external
power supply is cut. When the pet feeder works with battery back-up, it will
go to sleep mode and the screen display be turned off to save power in standby
state.
Notice:
- Rechargeable batteries are not recommended. Rechargeable batteries may case inaccurate power indications.
- Rotate the bucket to lock the grain bucket to the feeder’s main body.
- Put the desiccant pack into the drying box on the top cover. Unlock the lock on the cover to install the cover. Then place the feeding tray into the feeder from the bottom.

In the standby state, quickly press button twice within 1 second to start the manual feeding number setting as shown in Fig1. Continuously short press button to increase the feeding number as shown in Fig2.

Stop pressing button after 2s, the feeder will start feeding the specified number of portions.

When feeding, quickly press button twice within 1 second to cancel this feeding.
Time settings

The automatic feeding depends on the correct clock settings in the pet feeder. Please set the clock before setting up feeding plan.

Long press the setting button for 3 seconds, the icons start to be flashing, it is in settings mode. As shown in Fig4, the clock icon is flashing in default to ready to set up clock.

Press button to confirm to enter the time setting. The hour is flashing as shown in Fig5. Press button to set the hour (Time 24-hour clock) as shown in Fig6. You can long press button for
fast setting. -
Press to confirm the hour. Then the minute start to flash, press button for minute setting, as shown in Fig7.

Then press to save and return to settings mode as shown in Fig8.

Press button to exit to standby state as shown in Fig9. Or go on to set up scheduled feeding settings shown in the manual below.
Tips:
- All operations during the setup process can be returned or canceled via button.
- The signs/numbers shown in screenshots enclosed by the dotted line represent the actual flashing signs/number in the operation screen.
Scheduled feeding
The pet feeder supports the scheduled feeding exact portions at exact time. The feeder supports up to 6 meals per day.
- Press button for 3 seconds, enter the setting mode.
- Press – button to turn the flashing icon right to Digital 1 icon as show in Fig10. (Press – button to turn right and press button to turn left.)
- Press to select the feeding portions, press button to set portions as shown in Fig11 and Fig12.
- Press to go for feeding time setting as shown in Fig13 and Fig14,
- Press to save. Press button to exit to standby state. The auto feeding icon will show at standby state, as shown in Fig15.
If you need automatic feeding for multiple meals, please repeat the above steps and select the corresponding Digital number icon according to the meals in the setting interface as shown in Fig16. (Press – button to turn right and press button to turn left.)
To cancel a certain scheduled feeding, you can set the feeding portions to be 0. Then the certain scheduled feeding will be cancelled as shown in Fig18 and Fig19.
Feeding voice recording
To develop the good feeding habits for pets, the feeder supports pre-recording a maximum of 10 seconds of audio, which is played during scheduled feeding.
In standby state, press and hold button for 3 seconds until the feeder makes a “Drip” sound, and you can start recording at the microphone position. Note that the recording button should always be pressed continually up to 10 seconds during recording. After the recording is completed, release the button. the feeder will make two “Drip” sound. After recording done, you can preview the recorded audio by double pressing button. If you need to change the recording, please re-record it. The closer to the microphone, the louder voice can be recorded. After the recording is completed, the feeder will play the voice recording 3 times when the scheduled feeding starts.
Import Notice:
- The pet feeder recording will be played only during scheduled feeding. It will finish playing 3 times even the feeder finish feeding.
- When pet food blocked at the food tray, the pet feeder will stop the feeding to wait pets for 10 minutes. And the voice recording will be played 1 time per minute to call the pets. If pets finished the food at the tray, the pet feeder will continue feeding. Otherwise it will stop feeding if the pets still didn’t finish feeding after 10 minutes.
Feeder alarm
- When the battery is low, the screen will be displayed low battery sign as shown in Fig20 and the red indicator light will be turned on. After renewing the battery, the red indicator and screen icons will disappear in 10 seconds.
- When the food is stuck in food bucket, the screen will display as shown Fig21. The indicator LED will be also in red. Please clean up the stuck food manually, and complete a feeding to clear the warning message.
