TROUBLESHOOTING

Malfunction Reason Solution
Stop Working The power plug doesn’t connect to the power supply. Please

kindly check whether you use the machine with related supply voltage or Plug in again correctly.
Power supply voltage is too low or no power supply.| Please kindly find a related supply voltage to use it .
The working light is on but the machine not working| (1) Lift up the shredder and check whether the outlet is blocked by paper. If there is a lot of paper attached to the outlet, please disconnect the power supply, manually remove the paper at the outlet, and then place the shredder on the basket correctly. Move control key from REV to FWD mode for 3-5 seconds staying.

(2) Switch the shredder to [REV] mode. While in Reverse, the shredder will back up and loosen the jammed paper. If required, you may need to tug and remove several sheets to effectively clear the machine. When jammed paper is loosened or removed, switch back to the Auto-On mode to continue shredding. Repeat steps if needed. (3)With stubborn situations where the [REV] mode does not help, you may need to clean the jammed paper with shredder oil. Start by drizzling oil into the feed slot where the paper is jammed. Let it soak for about 30 minutes to completely saturate. Turn the shredder to Auto (or FWD)mode. If required, an hard card or a rigid sheet of cardstock can be fed into the shredder to help push the jammed paper through.

The machine is under overheating protection, because the machine is over the continues working capacity.| Wait for the machine to cool down naturally.
The thickness of paper is too thin.| To make the paper thicker ,You can add more papers or fold the paper.
The machine is overloading, because the paper is over machine Max shredding quantities.| Reduce paper quantity with an acceptable amount and place the paper into the feeding opening of shredder again.
Damage of power cable.| Please replace the power cable with the same parameters by professional person or contact with our customer service.
The basket is full.| Empty the basket.
Defective of machine.| Please kindly contact with our customer service.

Keep Running| Paper dust and other foreign objects cover the sensor.
The location of sensor is in the shredder’s feeding opening look like glass beads or marbles.|

  1. Please unplug first and use soft cloth or cotton swab to clean the foreign objects without any cleaner or water .
  2. lf there are some paper scraps around the sensor area ,please kindly use cotton swab or needle nosed pliers to take out the paper scraps .

:please don’t overexert and use Sharp tools to clean or poke the sensor to avoid damaging the sensor.

Loud Noise| The shredder is placed on an unsuitable place.| Change the location.
Power-on Anomaly| The power indicator light does not light up| Maybe the machine head and fuselage accessories are not assembled tightly, leaving gaps, or the accessories are installed in the wrong direction. Please check the installation step guide document (video/schematic/installation instructions), etc., and recheck and assemble the machine correctly.
The power indicator light flashes and then goes out| Maybe there was a gap after the trash can and shredder head were assembled, and the safety switch failed to trigger, causing the equipment to lose power.
Please refer to the troubleshooting guide provided on the details page and recheck whether the raised buckle on the inside of the trash can is accurately inserted into the safety switch device to ensure that the safety switch is activated.
