If your vacuum is not suctioning like it used to it is likely due to an
obstruction in the air pathway
- Check the Brush & Crevice Tool > Clear debris
The machine will need to be charged to test suction issues:

Is machine charged?
- No > Go to No Power/Not Charging
- Yes > Twist Dirt Bin to unlock & remove
- Turn On > Hold hand over Circular Suction Inlet (where Dirt Bin connects)

Is there suction at the Circular Suction Inlet?
- Yes > This would indicate the Filter needs to be cleaned
- Go to Cleaning Filters
- No > Please Contact Us
