※ MOUNTING POST ARE PROVIDED AND RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON HIGH FREQUENCY DOORS.

1. Mark Door

2. Drill Door Hole

3. Install Latch

4. Drill Holes for Strike

5. Mortise for Strike

6. Install Strike

7. If Needed, Adjust Chassis
   a For 1-3/8″ (35 mm) thick door
   b For 1-13/16″ (46 mm) thick door
   a Rotate until stops
   b Three 360° rotations

8. Install Outside Chassis Assembly

9. If Needed, Remove Outside Lever

10. If Needed, Install Cylinder and Outside Lever

11. Install Anti-rotation Plate / Inside Spring Cage ※ MOUNTING POST ARE PROVIDED AND RECOMMENDED FOR USE ON HIGH FREQUENCY DOORS.
    ※ Any removal or replacement of parts in installation is NOT recommended and may invalidate the warranty of the product.

12. Install Inside Rose

13. Install Inside Lever

The following requirements should be observed to keep your locks last longer in finish:

1. Do not install locks before doors are painted.
2. To avoid oxidation, refrain from using cleansers or acid chemicals to polish or be in contact with locks.
3. Refrain from using heavy or sharp-edged objects to scrub locks.
