HOW TO PROGRAM THE LOCKSET
BASIC SETTINGS
If your lock is in factory setting, please set up Admin Code first to run bolt direction check automatically.
Please set up Admin Code as follows, also you could refer to Installation Guide – 4 ˜ .-
Enter 4-8 digits Admin Code and press .

Repeat Admin Code and press to complete setup.
Change Admin Code -
Admin Code can be used to program or unlock the lockset.
The Admin Code is “4-8 digits”.
Add an Entry Code(s) -
Entry Code can be used to unlock the lockset.

Entry Code capacity: 200 sets (4-8 digits).
Delete individual Entry Code(s) -
Delete individual Entry Code(s). Delete all Entry Codes

Delete all Entry Codes.
ADVANCED SETTINGS
Add Single-entry Code(s) -
Single-use Entry Code can only be used once to unlock the lockset. Vacation Mode

Vacation mode temporarily disable ALL Entry Codes. Volume Control

Turn on / off door lock operation volume.

Volume is always on in the programming mode.
Auto- lock -
Auto-lock is disabled by default.
Auto-lock Delay Timer -
Default Auto-lock Delay Timer : 10 seconds.

Auto-lock Delay Timer range: 10 – 900 seconds.

The lockset will exit the programming mode and resume to the stand-by status if no input is made in 30 seconds.

3 Beeps means something was entered incorrectly. Please redo the step again.

RESTORE TO FACTORY SETTINGS
- Remove one battery
- Press and hold SET button while inserting the battery back. Hold the set button until long beep over.
- This will erase all stored information, including bolt direction
- After restoring to factory setting, please program the lockset, refer to User Guide .2 – ˜

QUESTIONS / ANSWERS
A. The latch does not operate correctly after installation.
- Make sure the backset on the latch is set to the proper length, refer to Installation Guide
- Check the strike plate to make sure it is properly aligned and clear so the bolt can freely move in the hole, refer to Installation Guide – .3 ˜
- Make sure prior to installation, latch bolt is retracted and key is not in lockset when installing the deadbolt, refer to Installation Guide – .4 ˜
- Please restore to factory setting and program the lockset, refer to User Guide
- Please go to APP Setting >> Reset Bolt Direction.
B. The lockset locks when I enter my code and unlocks when I press the .
- Please restore to factory setting and program the lockset, refer to User Guide
- Start programming after the lockset is installed on the door, don’t program while holding the lock on hand.
C. Keypad not responding or not able to lock/unlock the lockset.
- Make sure the cable is well-connected to the port (the metal connector side should face outward) , and was not damaged during installation, refer to Installation Guide – .4 ˜
- Replace with four fresh alkaline batteries, and make sure the batteries are installed properly, refer to Installation Guide – .4 ˜
D. Feel a bump while turning the thumb turn or the key.
- While fasten the mounting plate to door, tighten the screws evenly, refer to Installation Guide
- Please execute lock & unlock function by keypad(not mechanical key) to allow the motor to reposition itself again.
- Replace with four fresh alkaline batteries.
E. I cannot remove my key unless it is in the locked position.
Un-install the interior and exterior assemblies, refer to Installation Guide Before re-installation, please follow these guidelines:
- Make sure the bolt is in the retracted position.
- Do not have any key in lock cylinder.
- Make sure the torque blade is inserted horizontally.

A. Auto-Lock does not function.
- Enable the Auto-Lock function.

B. What should I do if wrong code was entered?
- Press once and continue to input code according to regular procedures.
C. Forgot Admin Code.
- Restore to factory setting and reprogram all codes, refer to User Guide
D. Yellow light keeps flashing.

E. How does Auto-Unlock Work?
The App has two states that determine how Auto-Unlock functions: “Return” and
“Leave”. When you’re at home, your App will enter “Return” mode and Auto-
Unlock will not activate. When you leave your residence for more than 200
meters, Auto-Unlock will go into “Leave” mode, remaining until you return
within 200 meters from home. While reentering 200 meters range, your phone
will start looking for your lock. Once you’re close enough to your door, the
APP will connect with the Lock, and Auto-Unlock. The APP will return to
“Return” mode after Auto-unlocking.
If you’d like to use the Auto-Unlock function, please always enable
Location(GPS), Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi, as well as keep the APP in the background
on your Smartphone (Default set as Disabled). Auto-Unlock feature is highly
dependent upon Smart Phone Location (GPS) feature.
F. Why is Auto-Unlock not working?

A. Please verify that phone settings for Bluetooth and GPS are enabled.

B. Auto Unlock is enabled and notifications are turned on.

C. Location permission is set to “Always” (iOS) and “All the time”(Android)

D. Please do not force quit the APP.

E. Please keep APP running in the background.
For Android:
You can allow a certain app to run in the background by going to Settings > Apps & notifications > Advanced > Special app access > Battery optimization. This will initially show you the apps which are Not Optimized – that is, the ones that can run in the background even while the phone is sleeping. Tap the blue bar at the top of the screen and switch the view to All apps, then scroll down to the app you’d like to exclude, tap it, set it to Don’t optimize, and then tap Done. -
F. Manual manage permissions for APP after iOS Update.
- Go to your iPhone Settings and scroll down to APP.
- Toggle Bluetooth and Camera off.
- Change “Allow Location Access” to Never.
- Change “Allow Location Access” to Always.
- Toggle Bluetooth and Camera on.
G. How can I pair my phone with the lock?
- Download APP.
- Scan QR code in the battery compartment area.
- Press SET button to activate pairing mode on the lock.
H. What should I do if my phone can’t pair with the lock?
- Make sure that Bluetooth is on. If Bluetooth is on, please turn off Bluetooth and turn it back on again.
- When scanning QR code in the battery compartment area, please press SET button to activate pairing mode. If it’s not working, restore to factory setting, referring to or Go to APP2 – ˛ Setting>> Scroll down to Factory Reset >> Enter Admin Code to reset.
If the lock is factory reset, all APP users and entry codes are invalid.
I. What is Auto-Lock?
- Turn on Auto Lock on app and the door will lock the unlocked door automatically after the delay time you set.
The delay time will be the same no matter which unlocking method you’re using, including auto-unlock.
J. Why can’t I see settings on APP?
- There are three app roles: Owner, Manager, and User. Only Owner and Manager have full access to APP. If you are User, you can only lock, unlock and delete lock.
K. Can I Invite friends to access my lock?
- There are three app roles: Owner, Manager, and User. Each role has a fixed set of permissions. Only Owner and Manager can share the access.
Go to APP Users >> Tap in the upper-right corner >> User Name>> User Role — Manager or User >> Add >> share QR Code by scanning or via SMS, Email, etc.
L. What can I do if I accidentally delete lock on APP?
- It will only remove the lock from your APP and you no longer have access to the lock.You can recover lock access from Owner or Manager.
M. Why does my Entry Code fail to unlock the door?
- Check if low battery indicator flashing and replace all four (4) batteries with new AA Alkaline.
- Make sure the code is correct and verify the correct Entry Code type is used.
- Type 1. Permanent Entry Code: codes for permanent use on the keypad.
- Type 2. Scheduled Entry Code: codes for a specific time period on the keypad.
- Type 3. Valid Time Range Entry Code: codes that are only valid for a limited time period on the keypad. Type 4. Single
- Entry Code: codes for one-time use. After Unlock, Single Entry Code will be deleted.
N. What can I do if I need to transfer the lock data to the different devices or new phones?
- Go to Users >> Tap Name >> Find backup QR code
Please note Backup QR code can be duplicated; if you need to download or take screenshots, please store them in a secure place.
O. Can I control the lock remotely?
- No, you can only control the lock when you are in Bluetooth range.
If the lock appears to be damaged or does not operate properly, please contact customer service for further assistance.
