OIL-FILLED RADIATOR HEATER
INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing our Comfort Oil Radiator. Each unit has been manufactured to ensure safety and reliability. Before first use. Please read the instructions carefully and keep them for further reference.
ASSEMBLY
The heater is packaged with the feet unattached. You must attach them before
operating the heater.
WARNING: Do not operate without feet attached. To operate the heater only
in upright position (feet on the bottom, controls on the top), any other
position could create a hazardous situation.

Place the radiator body upside-down on a scratch-free location, make sure it is stable and will not fall.

Screw off the wing nuts from the U-shaped bolt provided, attach the U-shaped bolt to the U-facing flange between first and second fins (near the front cover).

To attach the castor mounting plate to the radiator body, you should insert the threaded ends of the U bolt in the holes on the castor mounting plate.

Screw the wing nuts back to the U bolt and fasten the wing nut properly.
Note: do not over tighten, which may cause the damage to radiator flange. -
Screw off spherical nut from the castor, align the shaft to the hole of the castor mounting plate, insert in, and screw on the spherical nut.

Repeat 2, 3, 4 and 5 on the rear of radiator for mounting of the rear castors.
Note: the rear castors must be mounted between the end two fins.

OPERATING YOUR OIL RADIATOR
Place the heater on the floor at least 90cm away from the wall and any other
objects such as furniture. Curtains or plants.
(Make sure the power supply used corresponds to the one on the rating label)
With the thermostat control switch and the power setting switches in the “OFF”
Position; plug the heater into the main power supply.
USING THE THERMOSTAT AND POWER SWITCHES

Room temperature can be adjusted using the thermostat. . Simply turn the thermostat knob clockwise to increase the heat and anti-clockwise to decrease the temperature until you reach the desired temperature.

Switch the heater to one of the following power settings.
07fins: Push switch one (I) for 600W
Push switch two (II) for 900W
Push switch three (III) for 1500W.
Note: this radiator heater is oil fitted. And will cool down slowly after the power is shut off.
Allow the radiator heater to cool prior to any movement, the built in carry handle should be used for easy movement. -
The power switch lights up when activated.

Turning the thermostat control clockwise will increase the “set” temperature.

Turning the thermostat anti-clockwise will decrease the “set” temperature.

Do not cover the heater at any time during operation. There is a risk of fire if the heater is covered.

Once you have finished using your heater. Turn off the power switches, and the thermostat control switch to the “0”positions. And unplug from the mains supply.
CLEANING YOUR OIL RADIATOR
- Always disconnect the heater from the mains supply before cleaning.
- Clean the outside of the heater by wiping with a damp cloth and buff with a dry cloth.
- DO NOT use waxes or polishes as these may react with the heater and cause Discoloration.
STORING YOUR OIL RADIATOR
- Save the box for off-season storage.
- Clean the heater following the cleaning instructions above.
- Remove the wheel base assemblies.
- Place the heater and wheel assemblies in the original box, and store in a cool, and dry place.
- If you choose to store your heater fully assembled. Be sure to cover it to protect it from dust.
IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Please read this guidance carefully before using your fan heater, so that you
can use it correctly. Please keep well with this guidance.
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed
to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, injury to persons, and
hyperthermia , including the following:
- Read the instructions carefully before use and keep them for future reference.
- Always disconnect the heater from the main supply when not in use and when cleaning.
- Do not leave the heater“ON”unattended.
- Never cover the heater as this may lead to risk of fire.
- Keep the heater a distance of at least 90-cm from any combustible material such as furniture. Curtains, bedding, clothes or papers.
- Do not attempt to open any part of the oil fins.
- Keep the heater clean do not allow objects to enter the ventilation, as this may cause electric shock. Fire or damage the heater.
- Close supervision is required when any appliance is used near or by children.
- Never allow the cord to touch wet or hot surfaces, become twisted or be within the reach of children.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner.
- Never use the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance has malfunctioned or been damaged in any way.
- Never attempt to open any part or dismantle the controls. Responsibility for failure cannot be accepted if these instructions have been ignored.
- Do not use the appliance for anything other than its intended use.
- This appliance is intended for household use only.
- Regulations concerning the disposal of the oil when scraping the appliance have to be followed.
- Any repairs that need to be done to the heater must be referred to an authorized service agent only. If this instruction is not followed the manufacturers warranty falls away.
- The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
- This heater is filled with a precise quantity of special oil. Repairs requiring opening of the oil container are only to be made by the manufacturer or his service agent who should be contacted if there is an oil leakage.
- Hyperthermia can result in death. Symptoms of hyperthermia include high body temperature, headache, nausea, vomiting, tiredness, dizziness, fainting, and rapid pulse. If you begin to experience symptoms related to hyperthermia, turn off the heater and seek medical attention.
- To avoid excessive room temperatures which can cause hyperthermia: DO NOT leave product running unattended in a confined space around infants, or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
NOTE:
- Put the plug in a place easy to access to it always.
- Disconnect the unit if you are not using it for a long time.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet to protect your set during heavy thunderstorms.
- Don’t let cord hang over edge of the table or counter or touch hot services.
- Always hold the plug to remove it , but never pull the cord.
WARRANTY
AIR CHOICE warrants this product against defects in materials and/or
workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of
purchase by the original purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a defect arises and
a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, AIR
CHOICE will either 1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished
replacement parts, or 2) replace the product with a new product that is at
least functionally equivalent to the original product, or provide a store
credit in the amount of the purchase price of the original product. A
replacement product or part, including a user-installable part installed in
accordance with instructions provided by AIR CHOICE, assumes the remaining
warranty of the original product. When a product or part is exchanged, any
replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes AIR
CHOICE’ s property. When you receive a store credit, you must return the
original product to AIR CHOICE and it becomes its property. To obtain warranty
service, e-mail AIR CHOICE Limited Warranty Service at
airchoice@afterservice.vip. Please be
prepared to describe the product that needs service and the nature of the
problem.
This warranty does not apply to:
Damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to the product’ use
or the installation of components; b) damage caused by accident, abuse,
misuse, fire, floods, earthquake, or other external causes; c) damage caused
by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of AIR CHOICE; d)
accessories used in conjunction with a covered product; e) a product or part
that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; f) items intended
to be periodically replaced by the purchaser during the normal life of the
product including, without limitation, batteries or light bulbs; g) any
product sold “as is” including, without limitation, floor demonstration models
and refurbished items; or h) a product that is used commercially or for a
commercial purpose.
