Configurations
Select the appropriate speaker configuration that matches the physical speaker connection.

Playback Volume
Check that the playback is not muted and the volume is not set at the minimum level.

Playback Priority
Depending on the model, some Sound Blaster products support playback priority when multiple audio sources are played simultaneously. To allow playback of the intended source with lower priority, stop the audio source with higher priority. For example, disconnect the Line-In connection to allow Bluetooth audio to stream through the Sound Blaster.

Problem Isolation
To isolate the root cause of no audio:

  1. Disconnect the speaker system from the Sound Blaster.
  2. Connect the speaker to a working portable music player. If there is still no audio, the problem may be with the speaker.
  3. If the audio is working for the speaker, then the problem may be originated at the Sound Blaster side.

Note: Headphones will mute the speaker when connected to the Headphone out of most Creative sound cards. To isolate the problem, try disconnecting the headphones while ensuring to bring the volume down before disconnecting, and then gradually turn the volume up.
