PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
- The operation of these scales is based on the principle of bioelectrical resistance analysis. Different tissues in the human body have different electrical conductivity: muscle tissue and water are characterized by good electrical conductivity, bones and adipose tissue have low electrical conductivity. Thus, using the result of measuring electrical resistance, a number of indicators of the human body and individual characteristics of a person (age, height, gender), it is possible to determine the percentage of adipose tissue and other parameters of the human body.
- The indicators obtained as a result of using the scales are for reference only. Do not use these indicators for medical purposes. For more detailed information regarding your weight, consult your doctor.
- People with implanted electronic components are not recommended to use the scale!
- Do not use the scale near devices with strong electromagnetic fields to prevent the scale readings from being affected.
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Unpack the device and remove all packaging materials and labels, and remove the protective film from the touch sensors.
- Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and detergent.
OPERATION OF THE DEVICE
The scales are powered by two 1.5V AAA batteries. Make sure that the batteries
are installed in the device correctly, observing polarity.
Place the device on a flat, stable surface. The display will show the room
temperature, battery charge indicator and the value 0.00. The scales are ready
for use. NORMAL
WEIGHING (WITHOUT MEASUREMENT OF PARAMETERS)
1. Gently stand with both feet on the scale platform, the device will turn on automatically. Place your feet to the right and left of the display. Stand straight and still.
WARNING: You must weigh yourself barefoot. When weighing, the surface of the scale and your feet must be dry.
2. The display will show the weight value.
3. When finished weighing, step off the scale platform. The scale will turn off automatically after a few seconds.
WEIGHING WITH ANALYSIS OF BODY PARAMETERS AND PARAMETERS MONITORING
1. Download the OKOK program to your phone from the AppStore or Google Play or use the QR code:
2. Register in the application, specify the number system and enter your age and height. Based on these data, your recommended weight will be calculated.
3. Pair your phone and scale via Bluetooth. Click on the scale icon in the bottom bar of the application The application synchronization window will appear with scales, after which you can start weighing.
4. Carefully stand with both feet on the scale platform, the device will turn on automatically. Place your feet to the right and left of the display, on the touch sensors. Wait straight and motionless
CAUTION: The feet must completely cover the top electrodes. Before weighing, remove your shoes and socks; weigh yourself while standing on the scale with bare feet.
The surface of the scales and feet should be dry.
5. After a few seconds, the weight values and the percentage of fat / water / muscle and bone tissue in your body will be displayed, which will be displayed in application with an assessment of parameters on a scale for each indicator.
6. You can familiarize yourself with the data in detail by expanding the explanations under each indicator.
7. The dynamics of changes in indicators can be tracked on the tab
8. When the body parameters are displayed, the scale will turn off automatically after a few seconds.
After weighing, you can use the table data to determine your body type. These
tables are advisory in nature.
