Assembly Instructions
- Remove fixture components from parts pack.
- Attach the Mounting Plate (B) to the outlet box using the two screws (A). Ensure that the side of the Mounting plate marked GND faces outside.
- Place the plastic screw (C) over the Canopy (D), over the Mounting Plate (B), then secure with screws (E).
- Install the bulb (NOT INCLUDED) (G) into socket (F).
