CHARGING CREATIVE ZEN AIR PLUS WIRELESSLY

Creative Zen Air Plus supports Qi- enabled wireless charging. To charge both the charging case and earbuds wirelessly, slot the earbuds into the case’s magnetic charging slots, then place the charging case on the wireless charging pad. Do note that the earbuds cannot be charged wirelessly without its charging case.

UNICAST MODE (CIS)

Unicast mode lets the user wirelessly connect to a compatible Bluetooth LE audio receiver to enjoy high-definition audio streaming on a one-to-one basis.

BROADCAST MODE (BIS)

Broadcast mode allows users to join broadcast streams on the Creative Zen Air Plus. Users can customize button functions to replace an existing function with Broadcast mode via the Creative app. This allows users to enter or exit broadcast streams seamlessly via earbuds. Note that the broadcast stream is unencrypted and any supported device can join the stream if it is within range. MASTER RESET

With both earbuds in the charging case, keep the lid open, then press and hold the multifunction button on the charging case for 8 seconds to perform a Master Reset. The charging case’s LED indicator will blink red to indicate that the Master Reset is in progress. Once the charging case’s LED indicator stops blinking, wait for 10 seconds for Master Reset to complete.

COMMON CONNECTIVITY ISSUES

This article highlights a phenomena and recommendation for music cutting out and earbuds that do not stay connected. When pairing a smart mobile device with the earbuds, the signal is strongest when there is a line-of-sight between the pairing devices.
If the signal passes through the body, which is mostly made up of water fluid, it may get absorbed, which may result in pairing difficulty. If the mobile device is already connected to the earbuds, it may result in signal lost or the earbuds may get disconnected.

BATTERIES DIRECTIVE
FOR REMOVABLE BATTERY (Li-ion/polymer, button/coin cells, cylindrical cells)
This product contains one or more of the above removable batteries. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that the battery in this product should not be treated as unsorted municipal waste upon reaching its end of life. Instead it should be taken to separate collection and recycling schemes. Batteries containing heavy metal content will have a two-letter symbol for the chemical under the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. ‘Cd’ stands for cadmium, ‘Pb’ for lead, and ‘Hg’ for mercury. You can help the environment and avoid public health hazards by recycling the battery at an authorized recycling facility or the place of purchase. To find the nearest authorized recycle centre contact your local authority. Instructions for removing the battery can be found in the product user manual. The instructions should be followed carefully before attempting to remove the battery.
FOR INTEGRATED BATTERY
This product contains a Lithium ion/polymer battery that should only be removed by an authorized recycling centre. By recycling this product at your local authorized recycling centre or the place of purchase, the battery will be removed and recycled separately. PRODUCT REGISTRATION AND WARRANTY
