SERIOUS OR FATAL CRUSHING INJURIES CAN OCCUR FROM TIPOVER.
TO HELP PREVENT TIPOVER:

• NEVER ALLOW CHILDREN TO CLIMB, STAND, HANG, OR PLAY ON ANY PART OF MONITOR OR STAND.
• USE TIPOVER RESTRAINT OR ANCHOR STAND TO WALL.

USE OF TIPOVER RESTRAINTS MAY ONLY REDUCE, BUT NOT ELMINATE RISK OF TIP OVER.
SMALL PARTS- NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS. ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED.

Supplied Parts List

Step 1

Measure the thickness of your mounting surface or desk

Step 2
Option A: Clamp Installation

1. Loosen the screws using Allen Key 6mm **Q** to adjust the preferred height range option and tighten the screws back.
2. Fix the Décor Cover **F** onto C-Clamp **G**.
3. Place the Pole **H** onto the top of C-Clamp **G**, connect Pole **H** and C-Clamp **G** from the bottom using Pole Screw **K** and tighten with Allen Key 3mm **P**.

Option B
Grommet Base Installation

1. Loosen the screws on C-Clamp **G** using Allen Key 6mm **Q** firstly, then loosen the screw to release the hand knob using Screwdriver as shown in second image.(Screwdriver needed but not included)
2. Guide Décor Cover **F** through Pole **H**, place the Pole **H** onto Top Grommet Plate **O** and connect them from the bottom using Pole Screw **K** and tighten with Allen Key 3mm **P**.
3. a Existing Grommet Hole Installation
   If the existing grommet hole comes with a plastic protector, remove it to ensure a flat surface before installing the desk mount. Place the assembled Pole onto the desk hole, guide the Bottom Grommet Plate **L** through the hand knob. Rotate the knob clockwise to fasten for stability.
   3. b Self-drilled Grommet Hole Installation
   Mark the position of the hole on your mounting surface.
   Drill a 3/8″(10mm) diameter hole at the marked position through the mounting surface. Place the assembled Pole onto the desk hole, guide the Bottom Grommet Plate **L** through the hand knob. Rotate the knob clockwise to fasten for stability.

Step 3
Put the Tool Holder **I** and Arm **A** through the Pole **H**, adjust the preferred height and tighten using Allen Key 6mm **Q**.

Step 4
Step 4.1 Select TV Screws

Step 4.2 Select Spacers ( if needed )

Step 4.3a
Select M4x12 Bolt **M-A** or M5x12 Bolt **M-C** according to your TV/Monitor, connect VESA Plate **B** together with D5 Washer **M-E** into the mounting holes on the back of TV/Monitor, tighten with screwdriver.(Screwdriver needed but not included)

Step 4.3b
Select M4x16 Bolt **M-B** or M5x16 Bolt **M-D** according to your TV/Monitor, connect VESA Plate **B** together with D5 Washer **M-E** and Spacer into **M-F** the mounting holes on the back of TV/Monitor, tighten with screwdriver.(Screwdriver needed but not included)

Step 5
Option A Monitor mount with a laptop tray holder

1. Attach the Cover **E** to the Arm **D** to fix the Arm **D** on the Laptop Tray Holder **C**. Please make sure all 4 locks on each Cover **E** are engaged with the square holes on the Arm **D**.
2. Put the assembled TV/Monitor onto the Arm **A** and ensure the stability, tighten the VESA plate using Top Screw **J**.
   Attach the assembled Lop top Tray Holder **C** to the VESA plate **B** and tighten using Screws **M**.

Option B
Dual Monitor Mount
Put the assembled TV/Monitor onto the Arm **A** and ensure the stability, tighten the VESA Plate **B** using Top Screw **J**.
Step 6
Pull the bottom cable slot cover to the VESA direction to detach it off the arm.
Guide the cable through the cable slot and slide the cover back to arm.

Step 7
Press the Arm **A** on horizontal level as image shown, adjust gas spring tension to your personal preference using Allen Key 6mm **Q**, adjust the tilt tension using Allen Key 6mm **Q**.

Step 8
Manually swivel, tilt or rotate the angle for the best operating environment.
