This Thick Deck Adapter Kit is compatible with certain valve models manufactured before and after 04-2023.
Please refer to the relevant steps below based on your valve type:-

Please follow the steps below for valve installation:
- Ensure that the mounting area is clean and dry.
- Place a 1/4-inch mounting washer onto the valve body extension.
- Insert the stem extension into the valve body extension, ensuring a secure fit.
- Attach the upper mounting washer assembly onto the stem extension.
- Securely tighten the mounting washer onto the stem extension.
- Repeat steps 2-5 for the second valve, if applicable.
- Install the spout mounting assembly onto the valve body extension.
- Connect the compression ferrule to the valve body extension.
- Attach the quick connect adapter to the compression ferrule.
- If included, use the mounting bracket to secure the valve assembly.
- If included, use the mounting nut to further secure the valve assembly.
- Use the mounting tool, if provided, to tighten the mounting nut.

THICK DECK ADAPTER KIT

Use of this kit requires 1-1/4″ diameter holes for the valve bodies.
NOTE: DO NOT throw out the hardware or instructions included with the faucet. They are needed to complete the installation with this adapter kit.

VALVE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Be sure that mounting area is clean and dry. Place a 1/4″ assembly (7) and install the long threaded shank into center deck hole. Align the shank (spout tube) (A) with o-rings on top to the front and the short threaded shank (spout mounting screw) (B) to the rear. From under the deck, install mounting bracket (10) over long threaded shank and install mounting nut (11) tightening of mounting nut with the mounting tool (12)(not included with this kit).
- For spouts: place ferrule (8) inside quick connect adapter (9) and tighten with mounting tool (12) (not included with this kit).

Attach Mounting Ring, Screws (5) and Mounting Washer (4) onto Valve (6) (not
included).
From below sink deck, install Valve (6) body up through opening as shown.
Mounting Ring, Screws (5) and. Mounting Washer (4) will be flush against
underside of sink.

Secure Mounting Ring, Screws (5), & Mounting Washer (4) with Phillips
screwdriver.
Install Upper Mounting Washer Assembly (3) onto valve. Thread Valve Extension
Adapter (2) onto washer assembly onto Valve (6).
Repeat same steps for cold side valve body (not shown). Upon completion, go to
step 3.

Install Upper Mounting Washer Assembly (3) onto valve.
Thread Valve Extension Adapter (2) onto washer assembly onto Valve (6).
Install assembled valve into sink opening till the valve rests against sink
deck as shown (see inset).
Attach Mounting Ring, Screws (5) and Mounting Washer (4) onto Valve (6) from
below sink deck.

Certain Models
Secure Mounting Ring, Screws (5), & Mounting Washer (4) with Phillips
screwdriver. Repeat same steps for cold side valve body. Upon completion, go
to step 3.
Thread Valve Extension Adapter (2) onto Valve (6). Install Upper Mounting
Washer Assembly (3) onto adapter.
Install assembled valve into sink opening till the valve rests against sink
deck as shown (see inset).
Certain Model
Attach Mounting Ring, Screws (5) and Mounting Washer (4) onto Valve (6) from
below sink deck.
Secure Mounting Ring, Screws (5), & Mounting Washer (4) with Phillips
screwdriver. Repeat same steps for cold side valve body. Upon completion, go
to step 3.
Installation complete.
