FEATURES
A unique Combination of Air Treatment Technologies Triple Filtration System +
Plasmacluster
Plasmacluster
- High Density Plasmacluster 25000
- The higher the ion density, the greater the effect.
- By emitting a balance of positive and negative ions, Plasmacluster air treatment is a natural process.
Triple Filtration System
TRAPS DUST
- Pre-filter traps dust larger than approx 240 micron particles.
DECREASES ODORS
- Deodorizing filter absorbs many common household odors.
REDUCES TINY DUST, POLLEN & MOLD
- The Micro HEPA Plus filter traps 99% of particles as small as 0.02 microns. (traps 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns.)
Unique Airflow
Powerful air suction and unique airflow quickly and efficiently collect dust and other particles. Faster airflow at a 20º angle causes dust to be collected at lower levels in the room for more effective cleaning. Plasmacluster can remove static electricity and can thus prevent dust from attaching to walls and other surfaces.
Wi-Fi Function
- Confirms that the air quality of the room has become clean visually.
- Controls the product through smart devices such as a remote control.
- Proposes optimal timing for filter exchange.

MICRO HEPA PLUS FILTERS / DEODORIZING FILTERS
REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE CYCLE
Filter Name| Maintenance Cycle| Max Service Life|
Replacement Filter Model
---|---|---|---
Micro HEPA Plus Filter| Whenever dust accumulates, when odor emanates from the
air outlet, or once a month.| When the Filter Replacement Indicator flashes.
(About 2 years*1, 2) See Page 18.| FZ-S12H2E
Deodorizing Filter| FZ-S70D2E
- According to Japan Electrical Manufacturers’ Association JEM 1467, the Max service life is based on the equivalent condition of the smoke from 5 cigarettes per day whereby the dust collection/deodorization power is reduced by half compared with that of a new filter. It is recommended to replace the filter more frequently under more severe conditions.
- Designated App notifies when each replacement part should be replaced according to usage.
Filter life varies depending on the room environment, usage conditions, and location of the product. We recommend replacing the filter more frequently if the product is used in conditions significantly more severe (PM2.5 etc.,) than a normal household.
MAINTENANCE
Remove the dust on the filters.
NOTE
- Do not wash the filters. Do not expose to sunlight (Otherwise these filters may lose their efficacy.)
MICRO HEPA PLUS FILTER
Maintain and clean only the tagged surface. Do not clean the opposite surface.
The filter is fragile, so be careful not to apply too much pressure.
DEODORIZING FILTER
Both surfaces can be maintained and cleaned. The filter is fragile, so be
careful not to apply too much pressure.
Some odors absorbed by the filters will break down over time, causing additional odors. Depending onusage conditions, and especially if the product is used in environments significantly more severe than a normal household, these odors may become noticeable sooner than expected. Replace the filter in those cases or if dust is unable to be removed after maintenance.
REPLACEMENT
Filter Replacement Indicator
The Filter Replacement Indicator will start flashing to remind the filter
replacement is required. The flashing speed becomes faster once the filter is
requires to change immediately. Filter life varies depending on the operation
mode and the room environment.
After the filters are replaced, connect the power plug to the wall outlet and press Power ON/OFF Button, then press and hold the Filter Reset Button for 3 seconds to reset the Filter Replacement Indicator.
See page 7 for directions on how to install the filter when replacing.
- Please consult your dealer for purchase of replacement filter.
- Use only the filter designed for this product.
It is recommended that you note down the date when the filters were replaced for future reference.
Disposal of Filters: Please dispose of the replaced filter according to
the local disposal laws and regulations.
Micro HEPA Plus Filter materials: Polypropylene, Polyethylene
Deodorizing Filter materials: Polypropylene, Polyester, Activated Carbon
NOTE
- Do not wash and reuse replaced filter.

- Noise level is measured based on the JEM1467 standard of the Japan Electrical Manufacturers’ Association.
- The recommended room size is appropriate for operating the product at maximum fan speed. The recommended room size is an area in which a given amount of dust particles can be removed in 30 minutes (according to JEM1467).
- Room size in which approximately 25000 ions per cubic centimeter can be measured in the center of the room at a height of approximately 1.2 meters from the floor when the product is placed next to a wall and is running at MAX mode settings.
- The Micro HEPA Plus filter traps 99% of particles as small as 0.02 microns. (This filter removes more than 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. (according to JEM1467))

Please Read Before Operating Your Air Purifier
- The air purifier draws in room air through the air inlet, circulates it through a Pre-Filter, a Deodorizing Filter and a Micro HEPA Plus
- Filter inside the product, and then discharges it through the air outlet.
- The Micro HEPA Plus Filter can remove 99% of dust particles as small as 0.02 microns that pass through the filter and also helps absorb odors.
- (This filter also traps 99.97% of dust particles as small as 0.3 microns.)
- The Deodorizing Filter gradually absorbs odors as they pass through the filter.
- Some odors absorbed by the filters will break down over time, causing additional odors.
- Depending on usage conditions, and especially if the product is used in environments significantly more severe than a normal household, these odors may become noticeable sooner than expected.
- If these odors persist, replace the filters.
NOTE
- The air purifier is designed to remove air-suspended dust and the odors.
- The air purifier is not designed to remove harmful gases such as carbon monoxide contained in cigarette smoke.
- The air purifier may not completely remove an odor if the source of the odor is still present.
