How to connect your neckband

• Turn on the Bluetooth function on your phone.
• Switch on your neckband; it will enter the pairing mode automatically. Red and blue indicator lights will start flashing alternatively with the voice “Pairing”
• In your phone, select the Bluetooth name “Boult Audio ProBass” for connecting.
• When the pairing is successful, you will hear the voice “Connected”

Dual Connectivity

1. Connect the C Charge with your first device. Once your C Charge is paired with the first device, turn off the Bluetooth of your first device.
2. Now turn on the Bluetooth of your second device and follow the same steps to connect to your c Charge Bluetooth neckband.
3. Once c Charge is connected to your new device, turn on the Bluetooth of the first device.
4. You will hear a sound again “Your earphones are now connected• which means both your devices are now connected to the C Charge neckband.
5. You can now enjoy music and take calls from both your connected devices on your C Charge.

Power ON/OFF:

• Power ON : Press and hold the multifunction button (MFB) for 2 seconds until Blue Light flashes.
• Power OFF : Press and hold the multifunction button (MFB) for 5 seconds until the Red Light is on for 2 seconds.

Voice Prompt

• You will hear ‘power on’ when the headset powers on.
• You will hear ‘power off’ when the headset powers oft.
• You will hear ‘connected’ when the headset is paired.
• You will hear ‘low battery’ when the headset is in low power status
• You will hear ‘gaming mode’ when headset is in gaming mode

Call Answer: Answer by phone or press the MB.
Call End: End by your phone or press the MB.
Call Reject: Reject your call or press and hold the MB for 2 seconds.
Last Number Redial: Quickly tap the MB twice to redial the last dialed phone number.
Play Music: Press the MB to play /pause music while the music is playing.
Volume Adjust: Tap the Volume+ or Volume- button to increase or decrease the volume.
Track Control: Press and hold the Volume+ button to skip to the next song. Press and hold the Volume- button to play the previous song.
Voice Assistant: Press and hold the MB button to activate and talk to your phone’s voice assistant.
Gaming Mode: Press the MB button three times to enable / disable the gaming mode.

Do’s and Don’ts

Don’t expose the device to extreme temperatures. Use a USB charger of DC 5V to charge the headset if necessary.
Don’t disassemble, repair, or alter the headset yourself or through third party vendors.
Don”t clean the headset with chemical solvent.
Don’t discord the headset or put it in a fire or high-temperature environment in case of danger.

The product should be purchased through legal and formal channels to be applicable for warranty.
Damaging the product intentionally/unintentionally, or due to natural disasters, etc. is not covered in the warranty.
