Included
- 2 x 6mm nuts & washers
- 1 x 4mm bolt
- 1 x 4mm bolt & nut
- 1 x Hold Down with J Hooks
Product Usage Instructions
- Locate the left-hand passenger side of the vehicle under the bonnet.
- Sit the battery tray into position.
- Attach the support leg to the front of the vehicle using the provided 4mm bolt.
- Bolt the support bracket to the tray using a 4mm bolt & nut. The bracket should be fixed to the firewall using an existing bolt in the firewall.
- The base of the tray has two holes with support legs. These legs should sit over two threaded bolts in the skirt.
- Fit 2 x 6mm nuts & washers onto the threaded bolts and tighten all nuts & bolts securely.
- Place the battery into the tray.
- Attach the battery hold down and tighten it to ensure the battery is securely held in place.
Assembly
- Battery tray fits into the rear of the left-hand passenger side of the vehicle under the bonnet.
- Sit battery tray into position. The support leg to the front of the vehicle requires a 4mm bolt.
- The tray also has a support bracket that bolts to the firewall using the existing bolt in firewall. Fix the bracket to the tray using a 4mm bolt & nut.
- The two holes in the base of the tray have support legs which sit over two threaded bolts in the skirt. Fit 2 x 6mm nuts & washers onto these threads and tighten all nuts & bolts.
- Sit battery in tray, fit battery hold down and tighten.
