Product Usage Instructions

1. Warning: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury, we suggest installation by a licensed electrician. Please read the instruction carefully and save it for future reference.
2. Before starting any work, always shut off the electricity and never attempt any work without doing so.
3. The mounting surface should be clean, dry, flat, strong enough, and at least 1/4 larger than the canopy on all sides. Correct any gaps exceeding 3/16 as required.
4. Ensure that the ceiling or wall can support the weight of the lamp before installation.
5. Make sure to use the correct voltage (120V) and do not exceed the maximum wattage of Type B bulbs (Max 40W per bulb).
6. Avoid exposing the lamp to acidic and alkaline substances to prevent damage to the lamp’s surface.
7. When replacing bulbs, turn off or unplug the lamp and wait until it cools down as bulbs get hot quickly.
8. Follow common sense, caution, and care when using any electrical products.

Assembly & Installation Instructions

1. Remove the fixture from the carton and ensure that all parts and accessories are included.
2. Before starting the installation, turn off the power.
3. Remove the mounting plate (C) from the fixture.
4. Use the tubes (H) to pass the fixture wires through the chosen tubes, swivel joint (F), and canopy (E).
5. Tighten all threaded pipes and screw the chosen tubes (H) onto the swivel joint (F) and the top of the arms assembly (I). Hand tighten until snug.
6. Screw the pipes (J) to the top of the arms (K).
7. Connect the wires according to the provided wire connection chart. Note that the ground wire is a bare copper wire and should never be connected to other wires.
8. Connect the ground wires as indicated in the ground wire connection chart.
9. Connect the black or red supply wire to the appropriate outlet box ground or fixture ground.
10. Connect the white supply wire to the appropriate outlet box ground or fixture ground.

   • Place the wall switch in the “OFF” position.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and check that all parts and accessories are included as shown in the above illustration.

2. Turn off power Before you start the installation, NEVER attempt any work without shutting off the electricity until the work is done.

   • Go to the main fuse, or circuit breaker, box in your home.
   • Place the main power switch in the “OFF” position.
   • Place the wall switch in the “OFF” position.
3. • Unscrew knob nuts (G) from canopy (E).
   • Remove mounting plate (C).

4. Adjust arms (K) to a vertical angle.

5. 1. According to your desired hanging height to choose and use tubes (H).
      Then pass the fixture wires through the chosen tubes (H), swivel joint (F) and canopy (E).

6. Be sure that all the threaded pipes are tightened, then screw the chosen tubes (H) onto swivel joint (F) and the top of arms assembly (I).
   Hand tighten till snug.

7. Screw pipes (J) to the top of arms (K).

8. Attach mounting plate (C) to the outlet box with mounting screws (B).

Make wire connections
Connect wires as below wires connection shown. PLEASE NOTE THAT GROUND WIRE IS BARE COPPER WIRE, NEVER CONNECT OTHER WIRES TO GROUND WIRES.

• Note: When parallel wires (SPT I& SPT ll) are used. The neutral wire is square shaped or ridged and the other wire will be round in shape or smooth (see illus.)

  • Twist wires together with plastic wire connectors until tightly joined.
  • Wrap each connector with approved electrical tape.
  • Be sure that no wire strands are exposed and then carefully tuck all wires into the outlet box.

Raise canopy (E) to the ceiling and secure canopy (E) in place by tightening knob nuts (G) onto the pre-assembled screws in mounting plate (C).

Note: canopy (E) should be snug against the ceiling and knob nuts (G).

If not, adjust the threaded length on mounting plate assembly (C)

• Unscrew the pre-assembled hex nuts.
• Screw the pre-assembled screws in or out of mounting plate (C).
• When the secure length is achieved, tighten the hex nuts and back to step 8.

1. Remove socket rings (N) from sockets (L).
2. Place iron shades (M) on sockets (L).
3. Screw socket rings (N) to sockets (L) to secure iron shades (M).
4. Install bulbs (not included) (Please do not exceed the maximum wattage recommended on the socket.)

Check everything is already installed properly, then you could turn on the light. Enjoy!

CLEANING
To clean, wipe the fixture with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive materials such as scouring pads or powders, steel wool or abrasive paper.
