Quick Start (Pairing)

  1. Start by charging the headphones with the USB C-USB cable. Plug the USB end into a wall adapater that is connected to an outlet. Charging can take up to 3 hours for a full charge.
    RED LED = Charging & BLUE LED = Fully Charged 

  2. Switch the headphones ON to enter pairing mode. You will see a rapid blinking blue LED light indicating the headphones are in pairing mode.

  3. Bring the device you wish to pair within 3ft of the headphones and power on with Bluetooth turned on (Please see device manual if needed).

  4. Select “PuroQuiet-PLUS” from the listed of discoverable devices. You will hear “connected” when pairing is complete. The LED will change from rapid so slow flash of blue indicating they are paired and ready for use!

  5. To unpair the headphones from a device and pair to a new one, simply press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds. You will see the Blue LED rapid blinking indicating they are in pairing mode.

Wired Use

First plug the 3.5 mm cable into the headphones. There is an arrow on the cable that indicates which end plugs into the headphones and plug the other end into the audio device.

The headphones do not need to be charged and should be powered OFF when using the wired connection.

Music Use
  1. Choose media to playback and adjust the volume to your desired level,
  2. Place the headset on your (or your child’s head), the size can be adjusted by pulling the “arms” down or pushing them back into the “headband”
  3. The Bluetooth button can be used to pause and resume playback of music.
  4. The Vol+ and Vol- buttons can be pressed or held to adjust volume to the desired level,
Phone Use

Initiate calls on your mobile handset. Music playback will be paused for the duration of the call. A short press of the Bluetooth button will end the phone call.

For incoming calls, a tone will sound on the Bluetooth headset.

  • A short press of the Bluetooth button will answer the call.
  • A one second press of the Bluetooth button will reject the call. Hold the Bluetooth button until a tone is heard, then release.
  • A three second press of the Bluetooth button will transfer the call back to the handset. Another three second press while the phone call is underway will return the call to the headset.

Noise Canceling Function

When you slide the ANC button ON, the green LED will light and you can enjoy the headphones in Noise cancellation mode. When you don’t need the noise cancellation function, please slide the ANC OFF.

Daisy Chain Sharing

Perfect for connecting two Puro headphones to share one device

Connect headphone A to the device either Bluetooth or the 3.5mm audio cable.

Once headphones A is successfully connected, plug the Daisy Chain cable (USB-C – USB-C cable) into both headphones. Make sure to leave headphones B powered OFF.

Safety Information

  1. Continued exposure to loud noise (more than 85 decibels) (85 db) may cause gradual but permanent damage to hearing.
  2. Do not use the headphones with products that can achieve levels above the “comfortable” guideline.
  3. Do not use the headphones any time it would be dangerous to not be aware of noises around you.
  4. If using while on an airplane, please follow the instructions of the crew for permitted use of a Bluetooth product.
  5. Do not use or store the headphones in a wet environment. If the headphones are submerged or become wet, do not use.
