Safety instructions
- Thoroughly read the manual and all safety instructions before using this device.
- Only use the device according to the intended use defined in this manual.
- When using the device, always wear suitable protective equipment (protective glasses, gloves, work shoes, respiratory protection, ear protection, hard hat, etc.).
- Always make sure that the correct air pressure has been regulated on the compressor.
- Keep your working area proper and tidy.
- Do not use this device for petrol nor other volatile, corrosive, alkaline, or hot liquids.
- Keep this device in a good condition and immediately take appropriate measures to repair or replace damaged parts.
Description
This oil transfer pump is suitable for filling gears, differentials, and
transfer cases with oil. Thanks to its two-way operation, also serves as oil
exhaust pump. The exhaust/transfer device is compatible with VW and Audi DSG
gears (direct-shift gearbox), CVT gears (continuously variable transmission),
among others. The scope of delivery includes an oil transfer pump, a PU hose,
a nylon hose, and 14 adaptors. The following adaptors are included:

Use
Filling the tank
- Turn the blue screw knob counter-clockwise, setting it to “extract.” Tighten the screw knob.
- Turn the flow direction valve to “extract,” too. Both regulators must be set to the same mode.
- Connect the hose with regulating gun to the oil transfer device. Connect the other end of the regulating gun with the 1 m nylon hose.
- Connect the device to an air compressor.
- Put the hose into the liquid inside the tank to suck in the oil.
- Lock the trigger.
- Press the trigger of the regulating gun to begin sucking in.
Filling the vehicle gear
- Turn the blue screw knob clockwise, setting it to “dispense.” Tighten the screw knob.
- Turn the flow direction valve to “dispense,” too. Both regulators must be set to the same mode.
- Connect the hose with regulating gun to the oil transfer device.
- Choose an appropriate adaptor and connect this with the vehicle. Then connect the regulating gun to the adaptor.
- Connect the device with the compressor and switch this on. Then lock the trigger.
- Press the trigger of the regulating gun to begin filling.
Tank with scale
The scale on the 6 litres tank allows easy reading and checking tank content.
Safety valve
For safety reasons, pull the ring of the safety valve after use to purge
excess of air in- side tank.
Quick-lock coupling
The quick-lock coupling al-lows the hose to be disconnected easily by pressing
it once.
Extract/dispense regulator
The pump can be switched from one mode to the other via the regulators. The
adjustments of both regulators must always match.
