XP Foamer Mobile Cleaning Station
- The machine must only be operated by instructed personnel.
- Follow the instructions from the supplier of detergents.
- Always wear suitable clothing and footwear.
- Never direct the water jet towards people, pets or electric installations.
- Never block the release of the spray handle.
- Always activate any locking device on the spray handle when replacing nozzles.
- Only use the water from the system for cleaning purposes.
Note: As an illustration of a spray handle, an Atlantic 450 is shown.
Ensure that water is connected to the unit.
Start/Preparing
Connect water supply hose to the inlet fitting on the side of the unit.
The water supply line should have a quick connect fitting that will easily
connect to the inlet fitting.
Make sure the ball valve at the end of the blue hose is closed.
The valve handle is perpendicular to the hose in the close position.
Turn on water supply to the unit.
Insert plug into a 220V outlet.
Pull back the valve sleeve. Insert the nozzle. Release the valve sleeve.
Pull on the end of the nozzle to make sure the nozzle is securely connected to
the ball valve. If not, repeat the previous steps until the nozzle I securely
connected to the ball valve. a)
The foam operation requires the WHITE nozzle. Rinsing and sanitizing
operations require the BLUE nozzle. Both nozzles connect to the ball valve in
the same manner.
Turn the selector switch on the front of the unit to the desired operation.
Point the ball valve and nozzle at the desired location.
To open the ball valve handle clockwise. The valve is fully open when the
handle is parallel to the hose.
Apply foam, rinse water or sanitizer.
Change cleaning agent
