Product Usage Instructions

1. To add firmware version and options, use the Flash Link Updater or Flash Link Mobile tool (sold separately).
2. Program the bypass option by following these steps:
3. Set the unit option to C1.
4. If the vehicle is not equipped with a functional hood pin, set the hood trigger (Output Status) to A11 OFF.
5. Mandatory Installation: If the vehicle can be remote started with the hood open, the hood pin switch must be installed. Set function A11 to OFF.
6. Notice: The installation of safety elements is mandatory. The hood pin is an essential security element and must be installed.
7. This module must be installed by a qualified technician. A wrong connection can cause permanent damage to the vehicle.
8. Wiring Connection:
   • A15 (-) HOOD: Connect to RS8
   • A14 (-) HAND BRAKE: Connect to RS9
   • A13 (-) TRUNK RELEASE: Connect to RS11
   • A12 (+/-) TACHOMETER: Connect to RS12
   • A11 (+) FOOT BRAKE: Connect to RS13
   • A8 (-) GROUND OUT WHILE RUNNING: Connect to RS14
   • RS6 IN/OUT IGNITION (+): Connect to RS5 OUT ACCESSORY (+)
   • A5 (-) TRUNK: Connect to RS15
   • RS3 OUT PARKING LIGHTS (-): Connect to A4 (-) DOOR IN RS16
   • RS2 IN 12V BATTERY (+): Connect to A3 (-) UNLOCK OUT RS17
   • RS1 Ground | Masse (-): Connect to A2 (-) LOCK OUT RS18
9. Data-Link Connection:
   • (+) Ignition: Connect Yellow
   • (-) Lock: Connect Purple
   • (-) Unlock: Connect Purple/White
   • (-) Door Status: Connect Green
   • (-) Trunk Status: Connect White
   • (-) Ground While Running: Connect Dk.Blue
   • (+) Start: Connect Red/Blue
   • (+) Foot Brake: Connect Black
   • (-/+) Tachometer: Connect Pink
   • (-) Trunk Release: Connect Yellow/Black
   • (-) Hand Brake: Connect Brown/White
   • (-) Hood Status: Connect Pink/Black
10. Additional Connections:
    • CAN SW: Connect Green
    • Fuse: Use appropriate fuse
    • (+)12V IMMO: Connect Red/White

ADDENDUM – SUGGESTED WIRING CONFIGURATION

MANDATORY INSTALL

HOOD STATUS : THE HOOD PIN SWITCH MUST BE INSTALLED
IF THE VEHICLE CAN BE REMOTE STARTED WITH THE HOOD OPEN, SET FUNCTION A11 TO OFF.

Notice: the installation of safety elements are mandatory. The hood pin is an essential security element and must be installed.

THIS MODULE MUST BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN. A WRONG CONNECTION CAN CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE.

DESCRIPTION

WIRING CONNECTION

KEY BYPASS PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE 1/2

1. Press and hold the programming button:
   Connect the 4-PIN Data-link harness (Black connector).
   The Blue, Red, Yellow and Blue & Red LEDs will alternatively illuminate.

2. Release the programming button when the LED is BLUE.

3. Insert the required remaining connectors.

4. Turn the key to the Ignition ON/RUN position.
   The Blue LED will flash rapidly.

5. Press and release the programming button once (1x).
   The Blue LED will tum OFF.
   The YELLOWand RED LEDS will alternate .

6. Turn the key to the OFF position.

7. Disconnect all the connectors and after the Data-Link (4-pins) connector.
