Product Information
- Product Name: THAR-ONE-NIS5 Harness
- Compatibility: Nissan vehicles (Rogue Intellikey, Rogue Select Intellikey)
- Function: Immobilizer bypass T-Harness for lock/unlock, arm/disarm, trunk (open), tachometer, parking light,autolight, door status, trunk status, hood status, hand-brake status, and foot-brake status.
Product Usage Instructions
- To install the THAR-ONE-NIS5 Harness, follow the wiring connections provided in the user manual.
- If your vehicle is not equipped with a functional hood pin, you need to add the firmware version and options using the FLASH LINK UPDATER or FLASH LINK MOBILE tool (sold separately).
- Set the Hood trigger (Output Status) to “OFF” if your vehicle can be remote started with the hood open by setting function A11 to “OFF”.
- The THAR-ONE-NIS5 Harness must be installed by a qualified technician to avoid any wrong connections that could cause permanent damage to the vehicle.
- Test the wire before connecting it to the steering column.
- Connect the transponder connector and OBDII connector as instructed in the user manual.
- Follow the wiring connections provided for ignition, horn, driver door pin, and other components based on the color codes mentioned in the manual.
- Cut the loop for automatic transmission mode if applicable.
- Connect the T-Harness plug to the corresponding female connector.
- Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated.
- Once the THAR-ONE-NIS5 Harness is installed, refer to the user manual for further instructions on using the specific functions and features of the harness.
Note: It is important to carefully read and understand the entire user manual before proceeding with the installation and usage of the THAR-ONE-NIS5 Harness.
THAR-ONE-NIS5 THARNESS INSTALLATION
MANDATORY INSTALL
HOOD STATUS : THE HOOD PIN SWITCH (INCLUDED) A11
MUST BE INSTALLED IF THE VEHICLE CAN BE REMOTE STARTED WITH THE HOOD OPEN, SET
FUNCTION A11 TO OFF.
Notice: the installation of safety elements are mandatory. The hood pin and the sticker are essential security elements and must be installed.
THIS MODULE MUST BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN. A WRONG CONNECTION CAN CAUSE PERMANENT DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE.

KEY BYPASS PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE 1/2
Remove the valet key from the back of theOEMremote.
Remove the battery from theOEMremote.
Keep the other OEM remotes at least 3 meters (10 feet) away from the vehicle
to proceed.

Press and hold
Connect the programming button: the 6-PIN Main harness (White connector).
The Blue, Red, Yellow and Blue & Red LEDs will alternatively illuminate. -
Release the programming button when the LED is YELLOW.
If the LED is not solid YELLOW disconnect the 6-Pin connector (Main-Harness) and go back to step 1. -
Insert the required remaining connectors.

Press and release the programming button two (2x) times.
The YELLOW LED will flash 2 times each second.
WAIT for the YELLOW LED to turn ON solide. -
Insert the key in to the Ignition barrel.
The RED LED will turns ON.
If the YELLOW and RED LED’s are not solid, the key and go backto step 5.
Repeat this step until the RED and YELLOW LED’s are solid.
Turn the key to the Ignition ON/RUN position.
Wait for the BLUE LED to flash rapidly. -
Turn the key to the OFF position.

Turn the key to the
Ignition ON/RUN position. The BLUE, YELLOW and RED LED’s will rapidly alternate.
The YELLOW LED begins to flash rapidly: Key bypass programmed. -
Turn the key to the OFF position.
REMOTE STARTER PROGRAMMING PROCEDURE
REFER TO THE QUICK INSTALL GUIDE INCLUDED WITH THE MODULE FOR THE REMOTE STARTER PROGRAMMING.
VEHICLE EQUIPPED WITH OEM ALARM
Some vehicles must be UNLOCKED to disarm the OEM alarm before remote start. Enable option D2 using the FlashLink Manager. When this option is enabled the mod automatically UNLOCK before remote start and LOCK after the vehicle has remote started.
REMOTE STARTER FUNCTIONALITY
- All doors must be closed.
- Remote start the vehicle.
- Unlock the doors with either:
- The OEM remote
- The remote-starter remote
- Or the proximity remote
- Enter the vehicle with the Intelligent Access Key.
- The vehicle can now be put in to gear and driven.
If the doors are not unlocked with one of these conditions the module will lock the vehicle’s turn-knob as soon as any door is opened.
