Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the hood pin switch is installed. This is a mandatory requirement for proper functioning of the remote starter.
- If the vehicle can be remote started with the hood open, set the function A11 to OFF.
- Ensure all doors are closed before starting the remote starter.
- To start the vehicle remotely, press the LOCK button on the OEM remote 3 times consecutively or use a smartphone with the Flash Link Mobile app.
- Before working on the vehicle, turn on the safety switch located under the dashboard.
- For diagnostics, refer to the module’s red LED. The LED will flash x3 times for no tach, x4 times for ignition, and x5 times forhood open.
- For program bypass options, refer to the user manual for different unit options and their descriptions.
Note: This module must be installed by a qualified technician. Incorrect connections can cause permanent damage to the vehicle.
