Product Information
The Immobilizer Bypass T-Harness is a device designed for use in ACURA TL vehicles from 2009 to 2014. It is used to bypass the immobilizer system and enable remote start functionality. The T-Harness includes various connectors and features, such as lock/unlock, arm/disarm, trunk control, horn control, parking lights control, tachometer integration, door status monitoring, trunk status monitoring, hood status monitoring, hand-brake status monitoring, and foot-brake status monitoring.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure that the vehicle is equipped with a functional hood pin. If not, the hood pin switch (included) must be installed. Set the function A11 to OFF if the vehicle can be remote started with the hood open.
- Carefully follow the T-Harness installation instructions provided in the user manual.
- To add firmware versions and options, use either the FLASH LINK UPDATER or FLASH LINK MOBILE tool (sold separately).
- For remote starter option programming, follow these steps:
- Press and hold the programming button on the device.
- Insert the 6-Pin Main connector into the appropriate slot.
- The LEDs on the device will alternate between BLUE, RED, YELLOW & BLUE/RED flashes.
- Ensure that the T-Harness is correctly connected to the vehicle’s ignition plug, immobilizer plug, horn, parking lights, and other relevant connectors as indicated in the user manual.
- It is highly recommended to have the installation performed by a qualified technician to avoid any wrong connections that could result in permanent damage to the vehicle.
