Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure you have all the necessary parts listed in the “Assembly” section below.
- Begin by assembling the bed front panel (Part No. 140-4620). Attach the decal (Part No. 115-7739) and secure it to the appropriate position on the bed front panel.
- Next, assemble the left bed side (Part No. 140-4625) and right bed side (Part No. 140-4635). Attach the necessary retainers (Part No. 139-4690) and bushings (Part No. 138-5775) to each side.
- Proceed to assemble the tailgate (Part No. 140-4645). Attach the decals (Part No. 105-1217) and secure them to the appropriate positions on the tailgate.
- Finally, install the plug-tailgate (Part No. 126-6268) and secure it to prevent rattling.
