Product Information

The Configured Floor Loaded Enclosed Rack Series is a range of fully assembled rack systems designed for audio, visual, or networking equipment. These racks are constructed with heavy-gauge steel and offer multiple features, including pre-installed cooling
fans, casters for easy mobility, adjustable feet for stability, and removable side panels for convenient access to the equipment.
The rack series is available in three sizes: 18U, 27U, and 42U. Each rack unit (U) represents the vertical space available for mounting equipment. The specific models in the series are:

RK-ER42U (42 Unit Space)
RK-ER27U (27 Unit Space)
RK-ER18U (18 Unit Space)

Product Usage Instructions

Placement and Positioning:

Select a suitable location for the rack system, ensuring it has enough space for ventilation and easy access to cables.
Place the rack on a flat and stable surface.

Mounting Equipment:

Open the front glass door by pulling it gently.
Mount your audio, visual, or networking equipment onto the mounting brackets using appropriate screws and hardware.
Ensure the equipment is securely attached to the mounting rails.

Cable Management:

Use the cable management covers (5 & 6) to organize and route cables neatly.
Secure the cables using cable ties or clips to prevent tangling and ensure efficient airflow.

Cooling and Ventilation:

The rack system comes with pre-installed cooling fans (2-Fan Tray) to maintain optimal temperature for the equipment.
Ensure the ventilation openings on the rack are not blocked to allow proper airflow.

Mobility and Stability:

If mobility is required, make use of the heavy-duty casters (front casters can be locked) to move the rack system.
If stability is needed, adjust the feet to level the rack on uneven surfaces.

Access and Maintenance:

To access the equipment, remove the side panels by unscrewing them.
For rear access, use the back door (option to reverse door) if available.

Note: The front glass door and back door can be reversed based on your preference or installation requirements.
