Manual Feeding

• Short press: in the unlocked state, manually feed the l portion;
• Key lock: in the unlocked state, press for 5 seconds (The red light flashes twice.);
• Press the key to unlock: in the locked state, press for 5 seconds
• (The red light flashes twice.).
• (This function is to prevent pets from touching the button to eat).

Recording

1. Long press and the device begins recording after”DI”.Release your hand, the device ends recording after “DIDI”
2. Short press the device to play the recording.

The recording time is 10 seconds, and the recording is played with the feeding, summoning the pet to eat.

App download and install

• Scan the QR code to download and install it.
• Register your Account with Mailbox or Authorized Login after finishing Installing.

Connection preparation

1. Plug in SY power adapter
2. Connect your phone to wifi, and turn on bluetooth

Connect and Binding the Devic Regular Feeding

1. Confirm that the green light flashes. If not, press the “SET” button for a while, release after hearing’DIDIDl”, and wait for the green light to flash
2. Open the Tuya smart opp
3. Bluetooth automatic discovery equipment, click”Add”
4. Enter WiFi information
5. Device networking succeeded, click”Done” on the Function page

Video

1. Camera Click it to capture the current video screen and you can store it on your phone.

Talk

1. Click the call button and when the icon becomes orange. you can send voice commands to pets.
2. Library
3. Click the button can playback pictures or videos stored on your phone.
4. Schedule
   • Click the button to enter the automatic feeding interface.
5. Full Screen

   • It can record the dynamic video of the pet. which will be stored on your mobile phone.
7. Feed
   • Click the button to enter the Manual Feeding interface.

• click “Schedule”
• Click “Add time”
• Set automatic feeding time and repeat date
• Choose the number of servings according to pet habits.

Setting

1. .Click in the upper right corner of the video page to enter the settings. Set the page.
2. Set the device as needed on the settings page.
3. On the settings page, click “remove device”, the equipment is set up at the factory, the equipment is removed from the App, the device follows the operation method, and is reconnected.

Common problems and solutions

Unable to connect to the network :

1. Whether the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly;
2. Restart router 4, Whether the distance between the router and the equipment is less than 6m.

The reason why the feeder red indicator light is on:

• A : Dry battery power supply, the power is insufficient, please replace the battery in time;
• B : Food stuck by equipment;

Handling method for grain jam of equipment

1. Press the button manually to feed one portion at a time for five consecutive times, and check whether the machine has recovered to normal, if not, clean the food bucket and observe whether the motor shaft is broken Check whether the soft rubber leaves are cracked or deformed
2. APP manually feeds one portion at a time and continuously feeds five portions. Check whether the machine returns to normal, if not return to normal, and clean up the food bucket, Check whether the Magda shaft is cracked and the soft rubber is deformed. Machine offline processing method:
   Unplug the machine offline, plug it in again, and wait for 40 seconds

Kind Notice:

1. About 8g per portion(Different kinds of food, different weights.).
2. Suitable for dry food only and the food size should be,<: J 4mm.
3. Remember to replenish food when the food is not enough.
4. Use environment: dry, less dust.
