Follow these instructions to add your parts and accessories.
Things you need to know
- Always read the full instructions prior to installation.
- Consider possible obstructions to your part and accessories, like hinges inside the cabinet or adjacent cabinet doors and handles, prior to installation.
- Make sure you leave plumbing and electrical work to qualified trades people. Never try this yourself.
- Make sure you always use safety gear like a mask, ear muffs and glasses when using tools.
- Tip: After marking out the pre-drill holes as per the instructions, take the part that is to be installed and align the appropriate holes with the markings to ensure they match up prior to pre-drilling the holes.

Hardware included
Tools you will need
To put your caboodle kitchen accessory together you will need the following
tools.
Cordless drill with:
- Number 2 screw tip
- 2mm drill bit
- 5mm drill bit (for Ø5mm peg holes)

Position included drilling template on cabinet sides and mark out drilling positions. 2 x peg holes (Ø5x5mm) and 3x screw holes (each side). Refer back page for actual drilling measurements (if required).

Pre drill 2 x peg holes (Ø5x5mm) and screw holes.

Position mechanism so that pegs locate into 5mm peg holes. Fix with 3 x 38mm screws each side. Caution when opening arm. mark out drilling positions for door brackets

Mark out drilling positions for door brackets on each side of door as per above.

Use included 16mm screws to fix the door brackets to the door.

Clip door bracket into place on hinge arm. W-50130 / W-50131

If door is dropping, increase door resistance by turning adjustment screw clockwise until door holds in position
If door is lifting, decrease door resistance by turning adjustment screw counter clockwise until door holds in position -

To adjust doors horizontal position, turn cam screw at front of hinge arm accordingly.

Fit covers to mechanism. Covers are labelled L and R to to easily identify position.
