Product Information
The DF1700 Fixed Olympic Bench is a sturdy and durable bench designed for
weightlifting and strength training. It features a main frame, weight frame
assembly, backrest, cross members, weight holders, mounting flanges, various
bolts, washers, and locknuts for assembly.

Product Usage InstructionsWeight Frame Assembly
Tools Required: Metric wrenches or socket set
- Attach the weight frame posts (E) to the cross members (B) using M12 x 75MM bolts (D), M12 washers (J), mounting flanges (F), and M12 locknuts (L).
- If you have any missing hardware or fit-up problems, please contact Deltech Fitness at 888-258-0533.
Weight Holders Installation
Tools Required: Pull-pins and knob-tightening tool
- Insert the weight holders (D) into the frame posts.
- Adjust the height of the weight holders as desired.
- Secure the weight holders in place by tightening the knob.

Main Frame Assembly
- Attach the main frame (C) to the weight frame assembly using
- M12 x 70MM bolts (H), M12 washers (J), and M12 locknuts (L).
Backrest Assembly
- Attach the backrest (A) to the main frame assembly using M10 x 25MM bolts (I) and M10 washers (K).

METRIC WRENCHES OR SOCKET SET INSTALL WEIGHT FRAME POSTS (E) TO CROSSMEMBERS
(B) USING M12 x 75MM BOLTS (D), M12 WASHERS (J), MOUNTING FLANGES (F), AND M12
LOCKNUTS (L).
INSTALL WEIGHT HOLDERS (D) INTO THE FRAME POSTS. ADJUST THE HEIGHT OF THE WEIGHT HOLDERS WITH PULL-PINS AND TIGHTEN THE KNOB TO LOCK THE WEIGHT HOLDERS IN PLACE
MAIN FRAME ASSEMBLY
INSTALL MAIN FRAME (C) TO WEIGHT FRAME ASSEMBLY USING M12 x 70MM BOLTS (H), M12 WASHERS (J), AND M12 LOCKNUTS (L).
BACKREST ASSEMBLY
ATTACH BACKREST (A) TO MAIN FRAME ASSEMBLY USING M10 x 25MM BOLTS (I) AND M10 WASHERS (K).
