DELTECH FITNESS DF1200 Lat Attachment
Product Information
The DF1200 Lat Attachment is an accessory designed for use with the Deltech Fitness bench. It allows users to perform various lat exercises to target their back muscles. The attachment includes a pulley frame, frame tube, weight carriage, lat bar, cable, Olympic adapters, Olympic collars, standard collars, pulleys, snap hooks, M10 bolts, M10 washers, and M10 lock nuts.
Product Usage Instructions
- Ensure you have all the necessary hardware and components as listed in the box contents.
- For cable installation, lay the cable (E) inside the pulley frame, ensuring that the ball-stop end faces towards the front where the bar hooks are located.
- Install the pulleys (I) from the bottom using the provided M10x75MM bolts (K), M10 washers (L), and M10 lock nuts (M). Make sure the cable is in the groove of both pulleys.
- For weight carriage installation, it is recommended to install the frame tube (B) into the bench being used. Then, install the weight carriage (C) onto the frame tube (B) and let it slide all the way down.
- Install the pulley assembly (A) onto the frame tube (B) using the provided M10x75MM bolts (K), M10 washers (L), and M10 lock nuts (M).
- Connect the cable to the weight carriage and lat bar (D) using the provided snap hooks (J).
- If using Olympic plates, install the Olympic adapters (F) and secure them in place with a hex wrench. Use Olympic spring collars (G) to hold the plates in place.
- Make sure all bolts are tight before use. Periodically check them to ensure they stay tight.
- To adjust the bench height, turn the pull pin and pull it out to adjust up or down. Once adjusted, make sure the pull pin is securely in the adjustment hole, then turn to tighten. Note that you must loosen the pull pin for the bench to adjust.

INSTALLATION
CABLE INSTALLATION
LAY CABLE (E) INSIDE PULLEY FRAME, MAKING SURE THAT THE BALL-STOP END IS
FACING TOWARDS THE FRONT WHERE THE BAR HOOKS ARE LOCATED.
PULLEY INSTALLATION
INSTALL PULLEYS (I) FROM THE BOTTOM USING M10x75MM BOLTS (K), M10 WASHERS
(L), AND M10 LOCK NUTS (M). MAKE SURE THAT THE CABLE IS IN THE GROOVE OF BOTH
PULLEYS.
WEIGHT CARRIAGE INSTALLATION
AT THIS POINT IT IS EASIER TO COMPLETE ASSEMBLY IF YOU INSTALL THE FRAME TUBE
(B) INTO THE BENCH YOU ARE USING IT ON. INSTALL THE WEIGHT CARRIAGE (C) ONTO
THE FRAME TUBE (B) AND LET IT SLIDE ALL THE WAY DOWN. PULLEY ASSEMBLY
INSTALLATION
INSTALL THE PULLEY ASSEMBLY (A) ONTO THE FRAME TUBE (B) USING M10x75MM BOLTS
(K), M10 WASHERS (L), AND M10 LOCK NUTS (M).
CONNECT THE CABLE TO THE WEIGHT CARRIAGE AND LAT BAR (D) USING SNAP HOOKS (J).
OLYMPIC ADAPTERS
- WHEN USING OLYMPIC PLATES, INSTALL OLYMPIC ADAPTERS (F) AND SECURE IN PLACE WITH HEX WRENCH. USE OLYMPIC SPRING COLLARS (G) TO HOLD PLATES IN PLACE.
- MAKE SURE ALL THE BOLTS ARE TIGHT BEFORE USE. REMEMBER TO CHECK THEM PERIODICALLY TO MAKE SURE THEY ALWAYS STAY TIGHT.
ADJUSTMENT
RAISE AND LOWER THE BENCH BY TURNING THE PULL PIN AND PULLING IT OUT TO ADJUST UP OR DOWN. WHEN ADJUSTED MAKE SURE THE PULL PIN IS SECURE IN THE ADJUSTMENT HOLE THEN TURN TO TIGHTEN. (NOTE: YOU MUST LOOSEN THE PULL PIN OR THE BENCH WILL NOT ADJUST)

- SECURELY TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS AND REGULARLY CHECK TO ENSURE ALL BOLTS HAVE NOT LOOSENED.
- WEAR GOOD RUBBER SHOES ONLY. DO NOT WEAR FOOTED OR SOCKS ONLY.
- DO NOT WEAR LOOSE CLOTHES SUCH AS ROBES, GOWNS, PANTS, LONG SHIRTS, OR JEWELRY THAT COULD BECOME ENTANGLED IN MOVING PARTS.
- DO NOT STAND OR KNEEL ON SEAT. ALWAYS SIT OR LAY SQUARELY CENTERED.
- KEEP HEAD, LIMBS, AND BODY PARTS CLEAR OF MOVING PARTS AND WEIGHT PLATES.
