INSTALLATION
TOOLS REQUIRED
- WRENCHES OR SOCKET SET
- ATTACH THE LH LEG (A) TO THE FOOT (C) USING LH OUTER TRIANGLE FLANGE (E), INNER TRIANGLE FLANGE (F), M12 x 75MM BOLTS (G), M12 WASHERS (I), AND M12 NUTS (K).
INSTALL RECTANGULAR CAP (M) AND RUBBER SHOES (N).
REPEAT FOR RIGHT SIDE
- ATTACH CROSSMEMBERS (D) TO MOUNTING BRACKETS ON LH AND RH LEGS USING M10 x 25MM BOLTS (H), M10 WASHERS (I), AND M10 LOCKNUTS (L). TOP CROSSMEMBER FACES UPWARD AND BOTTOM CROSSMEMBER FACES DOWN.
REPEAT FOR THE OTHER 2 TIERS.
- TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS SECURELY BEFORE USE. THE LOCKNUTS USED ON THIS RACK HAVE A NYLON INSERT AND YOU MUST USE ENOUGH FORCE TO TIGHTEN THEM ON TO THE BOLT.

- SECURELY TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS AND REGULARLY CHECK TO ENSURE ALL BOLTS HAVE NOT LOOSENED.
- WEAR GOOD RUBBER SOLE SHOES ONLY. DO NOT USE BARE FOOTED OR WITH SOCKS ONLY.
- DO NOT WEAR LOOSE CLOTHES SUCH AS ROBES, GOWNS, PANTS, LONG SHIRTS OR JEWELRY WHICH COULD BECOME ENTANGLED IN MOVING PARTS.
- DO NOT STAND OR KNEEL ON SEAT. ALWAYS SIT OR LAY SQUARELY CENTERED.
- KEEP HEAD, LIMBS AND BODY PARTS CLEAR OF MOVING PARTS AND WEIGHT PLATES.
