DST 360 Degree Bidirectional Angle Sensor

This system is applied to the auxiliary design of home table surface processing, mainly based on Android system platform, including Harmony OS 2.0 and above.
Using Leica DST 360° bidirectional angle sensor, Leica series laser rangefinder, auxiliary tripod and software in your tablets or mobile phones.

  • Collect laser point distance data,
  • Project double angle and dots sequence,
  • Construct a closed plane
  • Click to eliminate right Angle intersections
  • Dimension each side, distance unit is mm, allowing manual modification
  • Water back, hang down, the default color is highlighted and the length is calculated automatically. The value can be manually modified, allowing you to click on each edge to add or delete.
  • Set basic parameters manually
  • The opening mode is divided into circle, rectangle, ellipse, input manual data, display in table position.
  • Export DXF file, can be connected to CAD system.

Software interface design, using the default landscape screen, suitable for 7-inch tablet or Android mobile phone. Unique registration code binding for each machine.
Support Android version 6.0 and above, including Harmony OS system.
Preparatory work:

  • Take out the equipment,
  • Adjust the tripod,
  • Install the rotating head,
  • Install the rangefinder,
  • Open the rangefinder switch,
  • Manually adjust the level,
  • According to the rangefinder screen prompts;
  • Once finished, you can use the software.

The initial interface is as follows:
contact survey, points, Edit, level, mesa, hole, side, option, break, info, export, file, undo, about.
-Undo, undo operations such as corner filling, point filling, width and height adjustment, table surface generation, hole opening, edge hole, truncation, etc.

Internal mechanism

  • Click “Contact” will automatically clear all current data
  • Click “Disconnect” to automatically save the data just measured by the laser, close the software halfway, open it again, and automatically load the last measured data without re-measuring.
  • When you “ Export “ DXF file, the cached data will be cleared, ending the graph measurement.

Step 1, “ Survey”

  • Expand the tripod leveling
  • Install the head and rangefinder
  • Open the rangefinder switch
  • Turn on Bluetooth on your Android phone or tablet and connect to the rangefinder
  • Then open the software and click the connection icon
  • After the connection is successful, the icon will change to
  • The measurement icon will also turn red
  • At this time according to the rangefinder screen prompts, rotate it and level it.
  • When you have finished leveling, click on the measurement icon
  • Record the first point, rotate the head, click on the measurement icon, record the second point… Until all measuring points are completed.
  • After the measurement point is completed, click the disconnect button to end the measurement and the icon becomes . The laser rangefinder device can be turned off at this time.

  • Fill angle: if you do not use reflective stickers, need to be dotted on both sides of the wall, through this function to complete the corner. Click on the two ends of the line segment to be completed, and the software automatically extends the intersection of the two line segments. This Angle is a measurement, not necessarily a right Angle.Leica DST 360 Degree Bidirectional Angle Sensor - Fig3
  • Fill point: manually add moving points.Leica DST 360 Degree Bidirectional Angle Sensor - Fig4
  • Width and height: figure adjustment width and height overall, click to adjust the data, enter the corresponding data, click the blank, it can take effect.Leica DST 360 Degree Bidirectional Angle Sensor - Fig5

Step 3, “ level”

  • Click the level icon
  • Then click on both ends of the horizontal line segment as prompted. Click on any line segment to level the operation.
  • Both ends of the same line segment can be leveled repeatedly to achieve upside down.Leica DST 360 Degree Bidirectional Angle Sensor - Fig6

Step 4, modify the data

  • Click each measurement point
  • Modify the data in the right window to adjust the line length
  • Click OK to take effect.
  • Line segment automatically drives position
  • Edge of the point, directly change the data, then change the length
  • Or move up and down, left and right, to adjust the corresponding step size
  • Leica DST 360 Degree Bidirectional Angle Sensor - Fig7You can also add 4 points in the direction, click to switch the direction, modify the distance, click the button .
