About Product
UM360 is a desktop computer microphone that mainly designed for online
chatting, online meeting or voice recording. It offers excellent audio quality
with clear sound and high sensitivity. USB microphones typically have higher
sensitivity than traditional 3.5mm jack microphones. This means they can
capture more detail in your voice,resulting in a clearer and more accurate
sound.
This USB microphone also features a headphone jack that allows you to connect
a headphone for listening and monitoring the sound in real-time. A flexible
neck allows you to easily adjust the position of the microphone for optimal
recording or chatting.
A power button with an indicator makes it easy to see when the microphone is

Microphone Setting
Windows 7
You can right-click the sound icon in the System Tray, and get a quick menu
that gives you access to Sound setting. You can also find sound setting under:
Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound
Windows 10/11
Click Start” > Settings > System > Sound
In Sound settings, go to Input and select the microphone or recording device
you want to use.
Headphone Jack Setting
No Sound From PC With UM360 Connected When you connect UM360 to your PC for the first time, the system may switch the default sound output to the headphone jack on UM360, you can switch back to computer speaker if you don’t need sound output from the headphone jack.
How to select default sound output on Windows?
- Windows 7: Click “Sound” icon in system tray, then click “Mixer”, you can select default speaker at drop down list.
- Windows 10: Click “Sound” icon in system tray, then click “Select playback device” to select default playback device.
- Windows 11: Click “Sound” icon in system tray, then click “Manage audio device” icon next to volume control, then select default playback device.
MacOS
Open Apple Menu then select “System Preferences”, go to “Sound” icon, then
click “Output” tab, then select the default sound output device.
Microphone Monitoring
Windows PC users can listen to Microphone through Headphone Jack,this is useful when you need to test your microphone, or if you want to hear your words as you say them to gauge quality.
- Right-click the Windows button and select Run, or press Windows Key+R
- Enter mmsys.cpl, then click 0K to open the Sound menu
- Click the Recording tab, and double-click the microphone icon
- In the new window, go to Listen tab, then Enable Listen to this device
- Expand the menu under Playback through this device and select UM360 for microphone’
