Product Usage Instructions

  1. We suggest installation by a licensed electrician.
  2. Read the instruction carefully and save it for future reference.
  3. Before starting any work, always shut off the electricity.
  4. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, flat, strong enough, and 1/4 larger than the canopy on all sides. Correct any gaps exceeding 3/16 as required.
  5. Check if the ceiling or wall can support the weight of the lamp before installation.
  6. Make sure to use a voltage of 120V and a maximum wattage of Type A, Max 60W per bulb.
  7. Avoid contact with acidic and alkaline substances to prevent damage to the lamp surface.
  8. When replacing bulbs, turn off or unplug the lamp and wait until it cools down.
  9. Follow common sense, caution, and care when using electrical products.

Assembly & Installation Instructions:

  1. Remove the fixture from the carton and ensure all parts and accessories are included.
  2. Turn off the power before starting the installation.
  3. Remove the mounting plate assembly (A).
  4. Use the Allen wrench (N) to unscrew the screw in the strain reliefs (F).
  5. Carefully pull and push the cords (H) through the canopy (E) and strain reliefs (F) to adjust the height of the fixture.
  6. Tighten the screw in the strain reliefs (F) once the desired height is achieved.
  7. Leave at least 6 inches (152.4 mm) of cord length above the canopy (E) within the outlet box.
  8. Secure the mounting plate assembly (A) to the outlet box with the mounting screws (D). Ensure that the side marked “GND” faces out.
  9. Connect the wires as shown in the provided wire connection charts. Never connect other wires to ground wires.

  1. We suggest installation by a licensed electrician.

  3. Before you start, NEVER attempt any work without shutting off the electricity until the work is done.
    Go to the main fuse, or circuit breaker, box in your home.
    Place the main power switch in the “OFF” position.
    Place the wall switch in the “OFF” position.

  4. Mounting surface should be clean, dry, flat, strong enough and 1/4” larger than the canopy on all sides. Any gaps between the mounting surface and canopy exceeding 3/16” should be corrected as required.

  5. Make sure that the ceiling or wall can stand the weight of the lamp before installation.

  6. Make sure the voltage you are using is 120V. The maximum wattage is Type A, Max 60W per bulb.

  7. Keep the lamp away from acidic and alkaline substances in case of damaging the surface of the lamp.

  8. When replacing bulbs, you should turn off or unplug the lamp and you must wait until it is cool as bulbs get hot quickly.

  9. The safety instructions appearing in this manual are not meant to cover all possible conditions that may occur. It must be understood that common sense, caution and care must be used with any electrical products.

ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and check that all parts and accessories are included as shown in the above illustration.

  2. Turn off power
    Before you start the installation, NEVER attempt any work without shutting off the electricity until the work is done.

  3. Go to the main fuse, or circuit breaker, box in your home.
    Place the main power switch in the “OFF” position.

  4. Place the wall switch in the “OFF” position.

  5. Unscrew ball knobs (G) from canopy (E) then gently remove mounting plate assembly (A).

  6. Adjust the length of cords (H) to achieve the desired height of the mounted fixture.

  7. Use Allen wrench (N) to unscrew the screw in strain reliefs (F), carefully pull and push cords (H) through canopy (E) and strain reliefs (F) to lengthen or shorten the length of cords (H).

  8. Once the desired height of fixture is achieved, carefully tighten the screw till snug.

  9. If needed, shorten the extra length of the fixture wires from cords (H) so that they all are at least 6 inches (152.4 mm) long above canopy (E) within the outlet box.

  10. Carefully pass supply wires through mounting plate assembly (A).
    Secure mounting plate assembly (A) to the outlet box with mounting screws (D).
    NOTE: the side of mounting plate (A) marked “GND” must face out.

  11. Make wire connections
    Connect wires as below wires connection shown. REFER TO THE FOLLOWING CHARTS, NEVER CONNECT OTHER WIRES TO GROUND WIRES.
    Connect ground wires according to the below chart

    Note:
    When parallel wires (SPT I& SPT ll) are used. The neutral wire is square shaped or ridged and the other wire will be round in shape or smooth (see illus.)
    Twist wires together with plastic wire connectors (C) until tightly joined, and wrap each connector with approved electrical tape for a more secure connection, then carefully tuck all wires into the outlet box.

  12. Fix canopy (E) to mounting plate assembly (A) and secure with the previously removed ball knobs (G).
    Note: canopy (E) should be snug against the ceiling and ball knobs (G).
    If not, adjust the threaded length of the preassembled mounting screws on mounting plate assembly (A):

  13. First, unscrew the pre-assembled hex nuts.

  14. Then, screw the pre-assembled mounting screws in or out of mounting plate (A).

  15. When the secure length is achieved, tighten the pre-assembled hex nuts and back to step 8.

  16.  Unscrew screws (J) from upper covers (I) and rings (L).

  17. Pass screws (J) through the holes of metal strips (K),rings (L) and glass shades (M), then tighten screws (J), as shown in the illustration.

  18. Pass screws (J) through the holes of metal strips (K) and upper covers (I), then tighten screws (J) as shown in the illustration.

  19. Install bulbs (Not included) (Please do not exceed the maximum wattage recommended on the socket.)

  20. Check everything is already installed properly, then you could turn on the light. Enjoy!

CLEANING
To clean, wipe the fixture with a soft cloth. Clean glass with a mild cleaner (such as mild and non-abrasive soap). Do not use abrasive materials such as scouring pads or powders, steel wool or abrasive paper.
