Product Information

The Wandleuchte Wall luminaire Applique is a wall luminaire with single sided light output. It provides fully glare-free light for lighting wall surfaces. This luminaire is suitable for both interior and exterior lighting design. It utilizes LED technology, which offers durability and optimal light output with low power consumption.

Product Usage Instructions

The installation and operation of this luminaire must comply with national safety regulations. Only a qualified electrician should perform the installation and commissioning.
The manufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by improper use or installation. If any modifications are made to the luminaire, the person responsible for these modifications will be considered the manufacturer.
The connected wattage for the lamp module is 8 W and for the luminaire is 10 W.
The rated temperature and ambient temperature range from 25 to 50 degrees Celsius.
The LED-0340/830 module has a color temperature of 3000 K and a color rendering index (CRI) greater than 80. Its module luminous flux is 1395 lm, while the luminaire luminous flux is 514 lm. The luminaire has a luminous efficiency of 51.4 lm/W.
This luminaire is compatible with the DIALux lighting design program for outdoor lighting, street lighting, and indoor lighting. Luminaire data in EULUMDAT and IES format can be found on the BEGA website at www.bega.com.

Lighting technology

Installation

In outdoor areas, the light emission may only be directed downwards.
Undo the screws and lift off the luminaire top.
LED are high-quality electronic components!
Please avoid touching the light output opening of the LED directly during installation or relamping.
Lead the main supply cable through the cable entry of the luminaire base.
Note the position of application of the luminaire “arrow down”.
Fix the luminaire base with enclosed or any other suitable fixing material onto the mounting surface.
Be sure to use the gasket rings supplied.
Make an earth conductor connection.
Push silicone sleeves over the lines and make an electrical connection.
Push the plug into the coupler as far as it will go.
Make sure that gasket is positioned correctly.
Install the luminaire top, press on and manually tighten screws evenly

Cleaning · Maintenance

Clean the luminaire regularly with solvent-free cleansers from dirt and deposits.
Do not use high-pressure cleaners.

Replacing the LED module

The designation of the LED module is noted on a label in the luminaire.
The light color and light output of BEGA replacement modules correspond to those of the modules originally fitted.
The module can be replaced by qualified persons using standard tools.
Disconnect the system and open the luminaire.
Please follow the installation instructions for the
LED module.
Inspect and, if necessary, replace the luminaire gaskets.
The defective glass must be replaced.
Close the luminaire.
