Product Information
- Safety: The installation and operation of this luminaire are subject to national safety regulations. Installation and commissioning should only be done by a qualified electrician. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or installation.
- Overvoltage Protection: The electronic components installed in the luminaire are protected against overvoltage according to DIN EN 61547. Separate overvoltage protection components are recommended for additional protection.
- Lamp Module: The connected wattage for the module is 8.5 W and for the luminaire is 10 W. The rated temperature is 25°C, and the ambient temperature range is from 45°C.
- LED-0581/930: This module has a color temperature of 3000 K, a color rendering index (CRI) greater than 90, a module luminous flux of 1200 lm, a luminaire luminous flux of 884 lm, and a luminaire luminous efficiency of 88.4 lm/W.
- Installation: LED components should not be touched directly during installation or relamping. Follow the installation instructions provided for the LED module.

Product Usage Instructions
- To ensure safety, only a qualified electrician should install and commission the luminaire.

- When replacing the LED module, note the designation on the label in the luminaire. The replacement module should have the same light color and light output as the original module.
- Disconnect the electrical installation before opening the luminaire.
- Follow the installation instructions provided for the LED module during replacement.
- Close the luminaire after replacing the LED module.

Installation
LED are high-quality electronic components! Please avoid touching the light output opening of the LED directly during installation or relamping. Remove mounting plate from the luminaire housing. Unplug the earth conductor connection (plug contact). Lead the power connecting cable through the mounting plate. Fix the mounting plate with enclosed or any other suitable fixing material onto the mounting surface. Make earth conductor connection. Push silicone sleeves over the lines and make electrical connection. The two connecting terminals marked DA, DA are provided for digital control purposes. If these terminals are not assigned, the luminaire will work with full light output. Establish the earth conductor connection to the luminaire housing (plug contact). Press the luminaire housing firmly against the mounting plate and turn it clockwise firmly against the stop. Screw enclosed trim ring with attached reflector into the luminaire housing by turning it clockwise.
Cleaning · Maintenance
Clean luminaire regularly with solvent-free cleansers from dirt.
Replacing the LED module
- The designation of the LED module is noted on a label in the luminaire.
- The light colour and light output of BEGA replacement modules correspond to those of the modules originally fitted. The module can be replaced by qualified persons using standard tools.
- Disconnect the electrical installation.
- Open the luminaire.
- Please follow the installation instructions for the
- LED module.
- Close the luminaire.
