TROUBLESHOOTING

FAQS

Why does less water collect in the water container during the winter?

  • The air is drier when the outdoor temperature is lower. The dehumidification is therefore less  than during the summer. This is perfectly normal.
Why does the product suddenly switch off, or not start?

  • The water container could be full or not properly in place. Empty the water container and check that it is\ properly in place.

  • Too high or low temperature or humidity. The product only dehumidifies at temperatures from 5 to 32°C an a humidity of 30 to 80%. The optimum temperature is 16 to 32°C.
Why does warm air come out of the outlet?

  • The product takes in room air and  dehumidifies it by cooling the temperature below dew point. The water in the air condenses and drops into the water container and the dehumidified air is warmed before it is released. This ensures quicker dehumidification and less consumption of energy. This is perfectly normal.
