Operation

You can refer to this instruction to perform the following operations on the wireless earphones.

Turn on and Turn off

Turn on

  • Method 1: When the charging case has remaining power, open the charging case and the earphones will automatically turn on;
  • Method 2: Press and hold the touch area for 2 seconds in the off state, and the earphone will turn on
  • Indicator light: The white light and red light are on for 1 second and then go out when the machine is turned off
  • Voice reminder: After powering on, the voice prompt “Power on”

Turn off:
To turn off the earphones, press and hold the touch area of either earphone for a few seconds until the indicator light goes off.

  • Method 1: When there is remaining power in the charging box, the earphones will automatically shut down after being placed in the charging compartment;
  • Method 2 : When not connected to the terminal device, the earphone will automatically shut down after 5 minutes or a long press on the touch area for 4 seconds ;
  • Indicator light: the red light turns off after 2 seconds
  • Voice reminder: Before shutting down, the voice prompts “Power off”

Pairing

Pairing includes the pairing between the left and right earphones and the connection between the earphones and the terminal device.

Pairing between left and right earphones:
The two earphones can be paired automatically after powering on. Before pairing, the indicator light will flash alternately between red and white. Once the pairing is successful, the white light will flash and you will hear a prompt sound “DuDu”.

Connection to terminal equipment:
To connect the earphones to your Bluetooth-enabled device, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on on your device.
  2. Turn on the earphones.
  3. Search for Bluetooth signals on your device.
  4. Select the corresponding earphone signal name.
  5. Select “Connect” to pair with the terminal device.

Earphone indicator light:
Before the connection is successful, the white light quickly flashes; After the connection is completed, the indicator light goes out.
After the earphone successfully completes a connection with the terminal device, the earphone will automatically find the terminal device that was successfully connected last time when it is used again, and try to connect with it.

To play or pause music or audiobooks, double-tap on any earbud. The indicator light will not provide any prompt for this action.

Switch up and down:
To switch to the last song, press and hold the touch area of the left earphone for 1 second.To switch to the next song, press and hold the touch area of the right earphone for 1 second.

Last song: press the touch area of the left earphone for 1 second

Increase volume: Operate the touch area of the right earphone in the way of interval touch, each touch , the volume of the earphone will increase by 1 unit

Prompt “Dudu” at maximum volume

Decrease the volume:
Operate the touch area of the left earphone in the way of interval touch, each touch , the volume of the earphone will increase by 1 unit. There is no prompt tone at minimum volume. When using a single earphone, the volume cannot be adjusted through the earphone.

Voice assistant on/off
Turn on the voice assistant: touch any earphone touch area 4 times Turn off the voice assistant: touch the touch area of any earphone twice When using the voice assistant, the indicator light has no prompt, and the prompt sound comes from the terminal device

Calls

answering call
Touch any earphone touch area once.
Indicator light: When there is an incoming call, the white light flashes quickly, and goes off after the call is connected The prompt tone comes from the terminal device

End call
Touch any earphone touch area twice When the call ends, there is no indicator light, and the voice prompt is “Du”

Reject call
Touch any earphone touch area twice When rejecting a call, there is no indication on the indicator light, and the voice prompt is “Du”

Restore factory settings
After the earphone is powered on, when the terminal device is not connected, click the touch area of the two earphones for five consecutive times, and the red and white lights will light up for two seconds at the same time, and return to the factory settings.

Charging the earphones or charging case earphone charging
When the charging case has remaining power, put it into the charging compartment and close the cover to automatically charge
Indicator light: The red light of the earphone is always on, and it will go out when fully charged
Earphone low battery reminder: the white light flashes twice every 30 seconds

Charging case charging
When charging the charging box, the red light is always on, but it goes out when fully charged. Low battery level of charging box: The red light flashes 3 times within 1 second and then goes out (it prompts once every time the headphones are inserted) After the headphones are placed in the charging box, the green light will light up for 4 seconds and then turn off.

Temperature overheating reminder: The red light flashes 3 times every 2 seconds until the temperature returns to the set range

Precautions

  1. Try to use the minimum volume that meets the needs. Long-term high-volume use will cause permanent hearing damage.
  2. Please keep the device and accessories out of the reach of children, and children should use the device under adult supervision.
  3. Do not immerse the device in water for a long time. Avoid using this product while swimming, diving, diving or showering.
  4. Do not use this product in places with humidity, dust, or near magnetic fields, so as not to cause internal circuit failure.
  5. Avoid storing the earphones in an environment below -15°C or above 50°C.
  6. Avoid charging the earphone or charging case in an environment below 0°C.

Adjust the volume:
To increase the volume, operate the touch area of the right earphone with interval touches. Each touch will increase the volume by 1 unit. You will hear a prompt sound “Dudu” when reaching the maximum volume.

Answering calls:
To answer an incoming call, touch any earphone touch area once. The white indicator light will flash quickly when there is an incoming call and it will go off after the call is connected. The prompt tone will come from the terminal device.

End calls:
To end a call, touch any earphone touch area twice. There will be no indicator light, and you will hear a voice prompt “Du” when the call ends.

Reject calls:
To reject an incoming call, touch any earphone touch area twice. There will be no indication on the indicator light, and you will hear a voice prompt “Du”.

Charging:
When charging the charging case, the red light will be always on until it is fully charged, then the light will go out. When the charging case has a low battery level, the red light will flash 3 times within 1 second and then go out. This prompt will occur every time the headphones are inserted. After placing the headphones in the charging case, the green light will light up for 4 seconds and then turn off. If the temperature of the earphones or charging case exceeds the set range, the red light will flash 3 times every 2 seconds until the temperature returns to normal.
