SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully before installation and save them for future reference.
- The light source should only be replaced by an authorised service centre or other qualified personnel.
- The power cord cannot be replaced. The whole product must be replaced if the cord is damaged.
- The electrical installation must comply with local regulations. Consult an authorised electrician if in doubt.
- Always follow the electrical specifications on the product labelling.
- Always disconnect the power supply before installation, connection and service.
- Do not use the product if the glass cover is damaged.
- Never modify the light, this could result in serious material damage/personal injury, and will invalidate the warranty.
- The light must be connected to an earthed power supply on installation.
- Before drilling in walls, ceilings or floors, check that there are no concealed electrical cables or piping.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
New installations and the expansion of existing systems must only be carried out by authorised electrician. Persons with sufficient knowledge can replace switches and power points, fit plugs and bulb sockets. Incorrect installation can result in a risk of fire, electric shock and/or personal injury.

INSTALLATION
- The product can be installed indoors and outdoors.
- The product can be installed on the ground or a wall as a floodlight, or is installed in a group on a mast over 5 m high.
- The product is suitable for use in a garage, workshop, or sports centre etc., where lighting must be installed at least 2 metres over the floor. Always hang up the product on a suitable hook.
- The product has a glass cover of heat resistant and shock-resistant hardened glass. The glass can withstand up to 200°C. Exposure to excessive pressure will shatter the glass.
- Connect the product wires to the mains and insulate. The connects must comply as a minimum with protection rating IP65.
- Hang up the product in the required place.
- The product must be earthed.
- The electrical installation should be carried out by an authorised electrician in compliance with national regulations. The connecting cable (sold separately) must be approved for outdoor use, with a minimum wire cross-sectional area of 2 x 1.0 mm2
Connect the mains wires to the product terminals as follows.
- Connect the live wire (brown to the terminal marked Lon the product.
- Connect the earth wire (yellow/green) to the terminal marked E or . · ,· on the product.
- Connect the neutral wire (blue) to the terminal marked N.
- Check that all connections sit firmly in place and that no loose wires stick outside the terminals. Terminal block sold separately. Consult an authorised electrician if in doubt.
- Connect the wires from product junction box to the mains.
- Connect with clip terminals that comply with the requirements in IEC/EN60998-1, IEC/EN60998-2-2.
- Rated voltage 450 V. Rated current 16 A. The minimum wire crosssectional area is 3 x 1.0 mm 2.
- Protection rating IP65.
- Screw on the junction box cover and seal to guarantee the protection rating.
EASY TO INSTALL
- Switch off the power supply before installation.
- Install the product in accordance with the instructions. The connections must comply with protection rating IP65.
- Restore the power when the installation is complete.
Standard cord length 183 cm. Kit for ceiling or suspended installation sold separately. The suspension must withstand 5 times the weight of the product.
