Product Information

The product is a smart faucet that offers various features, including voice control. It can be used with a voice assistant device, such as Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, or without a smart assistant using the sensor, handle, or app. To use all the features of the faucet, including voice control, you need to follow certain steps after installation. The complete installation instructions can be found in the box, and instructional videos and guides are available in the Moen Smart Water App or at moen.com. The faucet is compatible with Motion Control models and can be controlled using the touchless sensor, voice commands, the Moen Smart Water App, or the handle. Custom presets can be programmed in the app for personalized usage.

Product Usage Instructions

1. 1.  **Step 1: Download the App  

   ** Download the Moen Smart Water App from your preferred app store or by scanning the QR code provided.

2. 1. Step 2: Guided Set-Up
      Open the app and follow the guided set-up process to register your device, install the faucet, and connect it to your wireless Internet network.
3. 1. Step 3: Get Started
      Once set-up is complete, you can start using the smart features of the faucet. Here are different ways to control water temperature and flow:
   • Touchless Sensor: Simply wave your hand in front of the sensor to activate water flow. Wave again to stop.
   • Voice Control: If you have a voice assistant device like Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, you can use voice commands to control the faucet. For example, say “Alexa, ask Moen to run water at 97 degrees” or “Hey Google, ask Moen to pour one cup of water.”
   • Moen Smart Water App: Use the app to control water temperature and flow. You can also program custom presets for specific needs, such as filling a coffee pot or water bottle.
   • Handle: If applicable to your faucet model, use the handle to manually control water temperature and flow.

Note: Flow and temperature control features are available only in Smart Faucet models with Motion Control.

Download and connect the Moen Smart Water App to activate Motion Control by scanning the QR code below or on your preferred app store.

The Moen® Smart Faucet is designed to work with your home’s smart assistant.
In order to use all of its features, including voice control, there are several key steps you must take after the faucet is installed. Find instructional videos and guides in the Moen Smart Water App or at moen.com. Complete installation instructions included in the box. Don’t have a smart assistant? That’s ok too. You can still use the faucet with the sensor*, the handle** or the app.

GUIDED SET-UP

Use the app to guide you through registering your device, installing the faucet and connecting it to your wireless Internet network.
The app will help you:

• Link your faucet to your Amazon Alexa or Google Home account in order to use voice controls
• Learn how to add a custom preset
• Customize the settings to your preferences

GET STARTED

Control water temperature and flow using the sensor*, your voice, the app or the handle.

Use a voice command such as “Alexa, ask Moen to run water at 97 degrees” or “Hey Google, ask Moen to pour one cup of water.” Program a custom preset into the app, and try it out for yourself. Consider creating a preset for your coffee pot, water bottle, or favorite recipe.
