Peak Series Gravity Purifier
Product Information
The Gravity Purifier is a water filtration system designed to provide safe drinking water by removing impurities. It consists of a membrane ultrafilter cartridge and a dirty water gravity bag.
Long Term Storage Instructions
- Backwash the membrane ultrafilter according to the backwashing instructions provided.
- Rinse the dirty water gravity bag, basket, cap, and hose with safe water.
- Fill the dirty water bag with safe water until the max line and add 1/2 teaspoon of household bleach. Close the cap and shake the bag a few times to mix well.
- Connect the hose to the filter, hang the gravity system, and twist to allow the flow of water through the filter until the gravity bag is empty.
- Disconnect the filter and keep it vertical for a few moments until no water runs out. Do not shake the filter.
- Twist to close the membrane ultrafilter cartridge, keep the hose attached to the filter, and roll it around.
- Allow the dirty water gravity bag to dry naturally by leaving the cap removed.
- Store the Gravity Purifier in a cool, clean place.
Note: After long-term storage, filter one batch of water and discard it to rinse the system. Your system is ready to be used again.
