Troubleshooting
1.When To Reset
The extension lead tower will automatically shut down if overloaded. When
this happens, disconnect all connected devices and press the bottom overload
protector to reset it. Be careful not to overload the extension lead tower
again.
2.Why USB Ports Not Working
Possible reason 1 :
The power cable of the power strip tower is not fully plugged into the AC wall
outlet.
Solution 1:
Reconnect the power strip tower to the AC wall outlet.
Possible reason 2:
The ON / OFF switch that controls the USB charging ports may not be turned on.
Solution 2:
Turn on the ON/OFF switch
Possible reason 3:
The total current of the attached electronic devices exceeds USB total output.
Solution 3:
Disconnect some of your electronic devices.
