-
To Check the Safety Valve:
Before using the air tank, make sure the safety valve is functioning properly. Pull the ring on the safety valve to ensure smooth operation. Do not use the tank if the safety valve is stuck or does not operate smoothly. -
Filling the Tank:
Before connecting the air hose to the tank, ensure that the pressure in the tank is 150 PSI or below. Never operate above the maximum operating pressure of your spray gun or tool. Allow the compressor to cool before touching hot surfaces. Use an air hose with a maximum working pressure of 150 PSI or below. -
Adjustment of Outlet Pressure:
To adjust the outlet pressure, refer to Fig E in the user manual. Follow the instructions provided to set the desired pressure for your specific application. -
Disconnecting:
Prior to servicing, shut off the unit, unplug it, and release the air pressure. Always wear ANSI Z87.1 safety goggles to protect against eye injuries from moisture and debris. -
Storing Your Portable Air Tank:
Store the air tank in a dry, dust-free location away from children and flammable materials. If you have any doubts about the condition of the tank, do not operate it. -
Maintenance:
Regularly release air from the tank to maintain optimal pressure levels. Monitor the pressure gauge while filling the tank and avoid overfilling. Replace any leaking or physically damaged fittings. Always drain the tank pressure completely before attempting to remove or replace any fittings.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION:
WARNING:
- This air tank is designed to safely hold 150 PSI of tank air. Over filling with air or filling with any other gas may result in personal injury or property damage. Fill tank with air only from a low pressure tank or service station.
- RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY. Wear safety glasses. Never spray tank air or material at self or others. Do not use tank air for breathing. Do not use tank air for breathing. Keep children away from air tank at all times.
- Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry as they can be caught in moving parts. Protective gloves and nonskid footwear are recommended. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair.
- Do not fill Air Tank with anything other than air. Do not overinflate. Do not exceed the maximum pressure rating of any inflatable object. Check pressure frequently during inflation. The Air Tank should be examined periodically. If any damage to the welds is noted do not use the tank.
- The brass components of this product contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects (or other reproductive harm). (California Health & Safety code § 25249.5, et seq.)

BEFORE OPERATING
WARNING:
- Before using any tool, any part that appears damaged should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and perform its intended function.
- Before operating your air tank, check for damaged parts.
- Do not exceed the maximum PSI air pressure.
- Use compressed air only.
- Do not over inflate. Never exceed the maximum pressure rating of any inflatable. Check pressure frequently during inflation.
- Pull the Safety Pressure Bypass Valve prior to operation to ensure that the valve is functioning properly and to clear the value of any possible obstructions.
- Beware of possible explosion. The unit is capable of reserving compressed air at high pressure which could cause tires, toys or other inflatables to explode. This could result in serious injury.
- When not in use, tools must be stored in a dry location to prevent damage from the elements.
- Do not fill from any compressed gas cylinder.
- Only fill with air from a service station or low-pressure air compressor.

OVERVIEW
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
TO CHECK THE SAFETY VALVE
WARNING:
Risk of bursting. If the safety valve does not work properly, over-
pressurization may occur, causing air tank rupture or an explosion.
Before using this tank, pull the ring on the safety valve to make sure that
the safety valve operates smoothly. Do not use air tank
if the safety valve is stuck or does not operate smoothly.
FILLING THE TANK
- Take your air tank to any source of clean and dry compressed air. A full-service gas station or truck stop is preferable.
- Attach air hose from the service station or low-pressure Air Compressor system to the air fitting on the Manifold.
- Begin pumping air into the Air Tank.
TEMPERATURE
Operating temperatures are between 32°F and 104°F (0°C and 40°C).
Drain tank pressure completely before transport the air tank.
Transport the air tank in the correct manner. When transporting the air tank,
grasp the handle.
WARNING:
Risk of unsafe operation. Ensure proper footing and use caution when carrying
air tank to avoid a loss of balance.
Do not use tank for the storage of compressed gases other tha air. If the
tank has changed shape in any way, discontinue use immediately.
CAUTION:
Replace fittings if leaking or physically damaged in any way.:
Always drain tank pressure completely before attempting to remove or replace
any of the fittings.
CONNECTING
WARNING:
Do not use an air hose with a maximum working pressure of 150psi or below.
- Close the air cock.
- Connect the compressor by connecting the air hose to the quick plug of the tank.
- Connect to the application by connecting the air hose to the tank quick coupler.
- Slowly open the air cocks.
ADJUSTMENT OF OUTLET PRESSURE
Only one outlet’s pressure is regulated. Adjust the outlet pressure to the
required level by turning the knob of the ball valve clockwise to increase the
outlet pressure and counter clockwise to decrease it. Tool gauge is provided
to show when the required pressure is reached.
DISCONNECTING
WARNING:
High-pressure air containning water condensation could result in minor or
result in minor or moderate injury. Do not spray at any person.
- Close the air cock.
- Slowly open the drain valve and completely release tank pressure.
- Disconnect the air hose from the air plug and quick couplers.
- Close the drain valve.
MAINTENANCE
RELEASING AIR FROM TANK
WARNING:
Monitor the pressure gauge as you fill the air tank. Fill as needed. DO NOT
OVERFILL TANK.
The ball valve is used to prevent system failures by relieving pressure from
the system. If the pressure reaches the preset level and the pressure switch
will not shut down the motor,
You can open the tank drain valve by turning it counterclockwise to permit the
air to escape. Pull the Pressure drain valve Ring prior to operation to ensure
that the valve is functioning properly and to clear the valve of any possible
obstructions.
- Turn off the power.
- Unplug the power cord.
- Turn air ball valve knob counter-clockwise to set the outlet pressure to zero.
- Pull and hold ring on safety valve, allowing air to bleed from the tank until air pressure is minimized.
- Place suitable container under unit to catch water.
- Slightly tilt unit and turn drain valve counter-clockwise to open.
- After the water has been drained, close the drain valve
(clockwise). The air compressor can now be stored.
