Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Place the spring-loaded Self-leveler on a flat surface after uncrating it.
The self-leveling spring is compressed. To safely uncompressed the self-
leveler platform, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2
Place the rod through the turnbuckle. To uncompress the self-leveler
platform, turn the turnbuckle counterclockwise with the rod. After the self-
leveler platform has been completely uncompressed, remove the attachment
brackets and turnbuckle
Step 3
The four base rings need to be rotated 180 degrees. Remove the bolts,
reposition the base rings, and fasten the bolts .
Step 5
Place the spring-loaded self-leveler on the U-boat platform.
**Step 6
** Use the ratchet tie-down straps to secure the spring-loaded self-leveler and the U-boat.
General Information
The spring-loaded self-leveler improves ergonomics for loading and unloading U-boats significantly. Its timetested proven design keeps loads at a comfortable height when boxes are added or withdrawn, eliminating bending, stretching, and unpleasant repetitive motion. The spring-loaded self-leveler requires no electricity, is maintenance-free, and can be rapidly and easily adapted to any 16” depth U-boat without the use of tools.

How It Works
When fully loaded, the spring system compresses, allowing the upper layers to
remain at a comfortable height. The spring progressively raises the platform
height as goods are removed, allowing easy access to the top layers with no
bending or stretching.
