Hearing Aid Control

Common Reasons for Whistling and Feedback & Solutions

• Unsuitable Size: An improperly sized ear dome will leave a space between the ear canal and the ear dome, allowing air to leak in and resulting in feedback or whistling.
• Solution: Select an ear dome that fits your ear canal properly and make sure it is put firmly.
• Blockages: Sound echoes back to the hearing amplifier and is magnified again if too much ear wax is obstructing your ear canal. Thus causing feedback/whistling.
• Solution: By eliminating ear wax, you can quickly fix this issue.

Can someone say the size of this item?

Larger than prescription hearing aids.

I have ehrlichiosis and cannot put anything in my ear canal. Would these work?

The maximum sound gain of our product is 40 dB And we have to wear earplugs and completely seal the ear canal.

Are these returnable?

after less than a month, this hearing aid is not working in a normal environment. It has a 45 day time on the return and I am within that time period.

Will the siemens life tubes (size 2 left & right) fit these hearing aids

Depends on the model of the lifetube.

Did you sell just the charger?

I didn’t sell anything. I had a problem with one of the amplifiers and Coniler replaced it.

Does the charger station work on 220vac 50htz ?

The range of charging voltage of this hearing aid is 110V-220V.

You have hearing aide for 40 % hearing loss?

I would look for ones that have more volume as I have 25% in one ear and works great and 40% other ear and is ok but doesn’t have enough volume to hear at meetings.

How do I file a warranty claim? I bought this for my father in October of 2019 and it recently stopped worked altogether.

Lost the original hearing aid, can you purchase a single ear unit without the charging base?

Charging stand is just one of our accessories.

Does this has 24 channels? how do I can know how many channels it has?

Do know actually, I had to send mine back. I couldn’t get them to work.

Is it possible to purchase a second conifer hearing aid without the charging base which I already have?

Our hearing aids are purchased in sets. We can’t buy hearing aids alone.
