ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Using M8x20 bolts, fasten the two or three pieces of the 3 stringers together according to the images above and the desired dimension of the rack.

Thread 4 feet through the threaded holes on the bottom of each upright piece.

Using M8x20 bolts and washers, fasten the 3 stringers to the support bars of the uprights.

Slide the arms down the uprights and set them at the desired height for racking.

Using M10x100 bolts and washers, secure the arms to the upright of the rack.

Holding the bars upright, install the sway x-bars so that the bars are not under tension or compression.
The holes will vary depending on width setting of the unit. Secure each of the 2x-bars in at the ends using M10x100 bolts and in the middle using M10x20 bolts. For larger widths, use added X-bar extensions.

(optional) Using knobs included with rack, slide Nexel ® Wire Racks over the knobs until the rest on the arms of the rack. Install caps on top of knobs.
Warning
- The width of the cargo carried by arm should not exceed the length of arm (D). The center of gravity of the cargo is generally required to be less than or equal to 1 /2 of the arm length (D).
- The length of cargo should not exceed the 2 times of width of cantilever 0/V).
- The cargo must not exceed the bearing loading capacity indicated on the label (MAX 110 lbs Per Arm [UDL]). Pay great attention to the warning label on the arm. The cargo must not exceed the bearing loading capacity indicated on the label
