Product Information

The Street Glide / Road King LP6 Headlight Mounting Bracket Kit (#127052) from Performance Lighting Specialist is designed to mount LP6 LED lights on your motorcycle. The kit contains an LP6 Adapter Mounting Bracket (#127052) and a 6/32×5/8 long Machine Screw. This kit is compatible with Street Glide and Road King models.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Ensure that you have the LP6 Adapter Mounting Bracket (#127052), the 6/32 screw, an approved Cali Raised Moto Wire Harness, and your factory trim ring which will be re-applied after the light is installed.
2. Remove your factory light trim ring and the factory light and bracket, saving the screws that attached the outer light ring to your fairing.
3. Attach the LP6 Adapter Mounting Bracket onto your motorcycle using the factory holes and screws.
4. Attach the LP6 LED light onto the mounting bracket using the screws provided with the light.
5. Connect the Cali Raised Moto Wire Harness to the LP6 LED light.
6. Assembly back out and fully tighten the four bolts using a 7/16 wrench.
7. Install the factory trim ring by putting the top spring clip in the top of the bracket and then lowering the trim ring to align with the lower tab.
8. Using the 6-32 screw provided, install this and snug it up. Do not over-tighten the screw as it will cause the trim ring to crush and pull out.

Installation Instructions

Kit Contains

• 1- LP6 Adapter Mounting Bracket 127052
• 1- 6/32×5/8” long Machine Screw

Thanks for purchasing our Street Glide / Road King LP6 Headlight Bracket. This kit consists of 2 basic parts.

1. The main bracket utilizes all the factory holes and screws.
2. A simple 6/32 screw that attaches your factory headlight bezel back on.
3. First, Make sure you have the bracket as shown below, the 6/32 screw, approved Cali Raised Moto Wire Harness and your factory trim ring which will be re applied after light is installed.
4. Remove your factory light trim ring. Remove your factory light and bracket saving the screws that attached “Outer” light ring to your fairing.
5. Unplug your factory light and set it aside.
6. Open your LP6 Light and locate the Baja Designs Factory hardware bag.
7. Using the 1/4×20 bolts supplied, attach your LP6 light to your new Bracket #127052.
8. Plug in the Cali Raised Moto LP6 plug into the back of light and set the entire light assemble inside your fairing.
9. At this point check for light level. The ideal setting is 87.5 Degrees when bike is level on ground (Not on stand)
10. You can install screws and check for light level first before fully tightening LP6. Once level is achieved, Pull the Assembly back out and fully tighten the 4 – bolts using 7/16 wrench.
11. Now you are ready to install the trim ring. Put the top spring clip in the top of the bracket and then lower trim ring to align with the lower tab. Using the 6-32 screw provided, install this and snug it up.
    DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN screw. If you do, this will cause the trim ring to crush and pull out.
