Installation Instructions
Remove the mounting plate [A] from the canopy [D] by unscrewing the mounting screws [E]. Retain mounting screws for later use.
- Wrap ground wire from the outlet box around the green ground screw and thread into the hole provided on the mounting plate.
- Attach ground wire from the outlet box under the cupped washer and green ground screw, then thread into the mounting plate. Connect fixture ground wire to outlet box ground wire using a wire connector after completing the steps.
- Refer to the chart provided for correct wire connections. Connect Black or Red Supply Wire to Black, and White Supply Wire to White as instructed.
- Push canopy [D] against the wall, aligning the mounting screw holes in the mounting plate with those in the canopy. Secure by screwing two mounting screws [E] into the holes.
Glass Shade Installation
- Carefully rotate the glass shade into the fixture clockwise until snug. Do not over-tighten. Repeat for any remaining glass shades.

WARNING
- This fixture is intended for installation under the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all local code specifications. If you are not familiar with code requirements, installation by a certified electrician is recommended. Failure to adhere to these codes and instructions may result in serious injury and/or property damage and will void the warranty.
DIMMING
- This LED fixture is compatible with most standard incandescent dimmers, LED dimmers, and electronic low-voltage dimmers.
- For optimal performance, an electronic low-voltage dimmer should be used.

CLEANING
- Always be certain that the electric current is turned off before cleaning.
- Only a soft damp cloth should be used. Harsh cleaning products may damage the finish.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Remove the mounting plate[A] from the canopy[D] by unscrewing mounting screws[E]. Retain mounting screws.

Attach the mounting plate[A] to the outlet box[B] using the plate mounting screws[C].
NOTE: The mounting plate should be installed with the flat side of the mounting plate against the wall.
NOTE: This fixture can be installed vertically or horizontally.
For VERTICAL installation, the mounting plate should be installed with the mounting screw holes (in the bent flanges at the outer edge of the mounting plate) at the 12 and 6 o’clock position.
For HORIZONTAL installation, the mounting plate should be installed with the mounting screw holes (in the bent flanges at the outer edge of the mounting plate) at the 9 and 3 o’clock position. -
Grounding instructions: (See Illus. a or b).
- On fixtures where the mounting plate is provided with a hole and two raised dimples, wrap ground wire from the outlet box around the green ground screw, and thread it into the hole.
- On fixtures where a cupped washer is provided, attach the ground wire from the outlet box under the cupped washer and green ground screw, and thread into the mounting plate.
If the fixture is provided with ground wire, connect the fixture ground wire to the outlet box ground wire with a wire connector after following the above steps. Never connect ground wire to black or white power supply wires .

Push canopy[D] to the wall, carefully aligning the mounting screw holes in the mounting plate with the mounting screw holes in the canopy.

*Note: When parallel wire (SPT 1 & SPT 2) is used. The neutral wire is square shaped or ridged and the other wire will be round in shape or smooth (See illus.)|
NOTE: Make sure all wires are inside the canopy and do not get pinched between the mounting plate and canopy or wall and canopy of the fixture.

Screw two (2) mounting screws[E] into holes in the canopy and mounting plate to attach the fixture to the wall. Tighten to secure.
NOTE: For VERTICAL installation, install one (1) at the top and one (1) at the bottom of the canopy. For HORIZONTAL installation, install one (1) on the left side and one (1) on the right side of the canopy. -
Carefully rotate the glass shade into the fixture (clockwise) until snug. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN. Repeat for the remaining glass shade.
