Product Information

The product is a light fixture with item number 2464-691. The fixture comes with a mounting plate, ground screw, and two mounting screws. The fixture can hold up to four medium base bulbs up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent. The product has wires for connecting to the house’s electrical system.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Before starting the installation process, shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box.
2. Remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.
3. Carefully unpack the new fixture and lay out all parts in a clear area. Attach the mounting plate to the junction box using the mounting screws. The side of the mounting plate marked GND must face out.
4. Connect the electrical wires according to the instructions provided in Fig. 2. Make sure all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate using the green screw provided.
5. Place fixture body over mounting plate and secure with screws.
6. Place decorative holder and glass shade over socket and secure with socket ring.
7. Install four medium base bulbs up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification. DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!
8. After installation is complete, turn on power and test the fixture.

WARNING: SHUT POWER OFF AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER .

MOUNTING THE FIXTURE

1. Shut off power at the fuse box or circuit breaker box and remove the old fixture including the mounting hardware.

2. Carefully unpack your new fixture and lay out all the parts in a clear area. Take care not to misplace any small parts necessary for installation.

3. Attach the mounting plate (A) to the junction box（not included） using the mounting screws (B) (SIZE: #8-32N, L0.5″). The side of the mounting plate marked “GND”must face out.
   CONNECTING THE WIRES

4. Connect the electrical wires as shown in Fig. 2, making sure that all wire connectors are secured. If your junction box has a ground wire (green or bare copper), connect the fixture’s ground wire to it. Otherwise, connect the fixture’s ground wire directly to the mounting plate (A) using the green screw provided. After the wires are connected, tuck them carefully inside the junction box.
   FINISHING THE INSTALLATION

5. Place fixture body (C) over mounting plate (A) and secure with screws (D).

6. Place decorative holder (F) and glass shade (G) over socket (E) and secure with socket ring (H).

7. Install (4) four medium base bulbs (I) up to 60 watts each or CFL or LED equivalent (not included) in accordance with the fixture specification—DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING! (NE PAS DEPASSER LA PUISSANCE NOMINALE MAXIMALE!)

Your installation is now complete. Return power and test the fixture.
